Made a mistake in going down half a size, normally five and a half but bought 5. Toes bruised and make feet very hot

The insole/heel of these shoes feels much higher that the GoWalk 2s that I have worn previously, consequently I find my feet are sliding forward and my toes are being crushed against the end of the shoes. I ordered the same size in Gowalk 2 and there was no problem. I am unable to wear these shoes but also unable to return them as I didn't discover the real discomfort until I had worn them outside.

I've been wearing GOwalks for years and was very sad to see they modified the ankle support so much that they're no longer comfortable. They added a tough vinyl layer to it which chafes my ankle, plus making the hole to pull it on smaller so I can't fit my finger through. I hope they revert back to the old design if many others have the same opinion.

Bad enough the shoes are too big and thus totally unwearable, but it cost me 20 dollars to ship them back to you. Every other shoe company i've ordered from pays the return postage fee. That 20 bucks cost you a customer. Ordinarily I would have sent them back and ordered the next lower size, but after coughing up 20 bucks to return them, I will not be buying shoes from skecher again.

Thumbs down!! Lets start with the color. The "navy" you see in their pic is really a little darker blue than "blue". If you wear "navy" socks you will know what I mean. Next is the size: I wear size 10. The Sketchers I received were "2" fingers to large, probably at least a size 11. This pair was my 3rd try to get the correct color and size over a 3 month period. Oh,customer service sucks. It took me almost 2 months to get the refund on the first pair I returned. Havent received refunds on the last 2 pair I returned. The only saving grace is the free return policy,but you will have to wait on a refund. I hope you have better luck than I did on these shoes.

I wanted a pair of go walks so badly. I cant find them in my size and width. I cant figure out why make a shoe for a man thats 6'6 wears a size 16 shoe and not make it in a wide width??? are u kidding me?????

Ordered 7.5 W -- shoes were about 8.5 triple wide -- way too big -- had to return

I have 3 pair of scetchers and I Have loved them all, especially this new 3. However, mine fit perfectly and my husband's was way too big. He decided he did not want a pair.

Out of all of the Skechers that I own, this is my least favorite because it is too loose. I want to exchange the product.

Bad design/manufacturing, are your quality inspectors sleeping?

when i tried them in store they felt so comfortable and felt the softness of the go go mat but after wearing them for 2 weeks not the go go mat have become little hard and my feet started paining which is impacting my back to pain.

Compared to other Skechers I have had and have, the sizing is completely off. They have been sent back. WAITING 5-6 WEEKS FOR REFUND IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!
