I have a very tough time finding shoes. I have a wide foot (wide for D width, do not require 2E), and most D width shoes are too narrow for me. Well I have finally found a pair that fits! I tried on every Vans shoe before this one and can confidently say that these have a wider toe box than all Vans shoes. These shoes have no arch support that I can feel (good for my flat foot), and whoever created this insole is a genius. The insole is so cushy, yet not flimsy, with a firmness to it which gives this shoe a nice solid feel. I would highly recommend these shoes! Also order a half size larger than your normal shoe size as these run a half size small.

Since I have a wider foot, the fit of Reef Shoes has been hit or miss for me in the past. The Deckhand 2's were way too narrow around the toe box area, but the Spiniker series (which I highly recommend) fit me like a glove, as the shape of the sole is a little wider and doesn't turn so sharply toward the end of the toes. I was concerned when I bought these that they were going to fit like the Deckhand 2's but I'm happy to say they Don't! The sole is the same shape as the Spinikers. These shoes are extremely comfortable, and the softer, more flexible material around the toe box does wonders for the ways these fit. It's more flexible than canvas, so when walking or running you don't feel as if your foot is being constricted. The insole is soft and supportive as well, and there is extra padding on the heel area. The style is like a cross between a low skate shoe and an athletic shoe, so it works well in most situations. I would highly recommend these and am considering getting another pair in a different color

My husband always wears a 10 1/2. That did not fit at all and neither did the 11. The style is nice but two returns are enough.

My husband needed casual shoe for work. This is a great look when you don’t want to wear tennis shoes.

Love this shoe! Super lightweight and comfortable with a grippy outsole. I like to wear it both with and without socks. I've had this pair for a year now, have worn them pretty regularly and they are still in very good shape, so I'd say they are very well made shoes. Love the all black colorway, it looks hip with everything, easy to dress up or down. Order up a half size probably. I'm usually a 10.5, but 11 fits perfect.

I wear a 12 in everything and the 12 is tiny...you must order a size bigger.

Great everyday shoe. I bought these for my husband after seeing my nephew wearing them. We love Reef products and these don't disappoint. They are very lightweight and "flip flop comfortable". My husband has already worn them with jeans and a pair of dressier casual shorts. My nephew wore them with khakis. They look nice with all. My husband is a size 12, but I ended up buying a 13 because the 12 was out of stock at the time. We didn't exchange because the 13 fits just fine - maybe a bit loose in the heel but not too bad.

Bought a pair in black while on vacation in southern California. Liked them so much I ordered another pair in grey from Zappos as soon as I could. Soft, comfy casual is how I describe them. With or without socks they fit my wide foot well. They run perhaps 1/2 size small. Highly recommended!

I am a avid Sanuk wearer,and I like wearing casual shoes during the spring and summer, so when Reef came out with basically Sanuk rip offs, I was a little apprehensive. Reef makes the best flip-flops bar none,but they surpassed Sanuk now in the style and comfort department with this shoe, it goes with everything, and if you can get your mitts of a premium pair, they will surely replace those Sperry Top Siders you have got in your closet.

These are very comfortable shoes. They can be worn with almost anything: jeans, shorts, dress slacks (for that hipster look) if that is your thing. They are good for hanging around the house, or even a night out/hot date. They feel similar to Sanuks if you have ever owned a pair of those. I would order another pair if Zappos included a free 2015 Miss Reef calendar!

These shoes are great and the reviews are correct: they are very comfortable. It's hard to find good shoes in my 30s, my heels hurt a lot for some reason? These have a comfy footbed and are nice on the arch support. Stylish too. I am on my feet all day, 11 hours, and these shoes work well.

tough to review. I wear 12 in EVERYTHING, this 12 was tiny. The 13 too big. Reef should buy a ruler. All that aside, heck of a comfortable shoe. felt like walking on clouds. until i returned them 8 steps later.

I recently went on a trip through Italy. I bought these reefs because I needed a good comfortable all-purpose shoe. Whether it was casual dressing, long travel days, 4 hour walking tours, or even hikes. These shoes were perfect for all and my feet and legs were comfortable the whole time. I've always been a fan of the reef flip flops for their durability, comfort, and style. These shoes seem no different. And they are probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The only negative is the front lip, the part that curls up in the front, started to peel from the shoe pretty early on in ownership. They aren't completely flapped off, just a little separated on top edge. But overall these are a perfect all-purpose shoe.

These are very comfortable shoes, but I am returning them because the sole is so white it almost glows in the dark. The contrast between the navy upper and white sole was just too glaring, and they were nixed by my 18 year old fashion consultant.

These shoes looked pretty nice, unfortunately, they made it feel like my feet were bound. I had to return them. Just pulling them on and lacing them up caused pain, which worsened when I walked a few steps in them. I always wear size 13 (usually wide) and these 13s were small by about a full size, making them both too short and too narrow. As other reviewers have stated, Reef needs to get their act together on accurate sizing.
