super comfortable and waterproof. I would purchase again.

I just received these boots after a three month wait. I couldn't be happier. I'm used to wearing Vasques for my normal backpacking trips and I'm very excited to get these boots out on the trail. They are feather-light!!!

I have used my OBOZ during the last few snow storms with wool socks they were plenty warm. The treads are amazing on ice - As Advertised! No water penetration or wetness -- I'm very Pleased!

True to size with a snug fit so that your foot does not slip around inside the boot while walking or hiking. Firm soles with a great grip. May add an inch to your height. Will always have you looking forward to your next walk or hike :)

These Oboz boots are the best. Why? Each time I slip them on, they feel like they're made for my feet. Great comfort for hours at a time. I like to hike in all weather, so that they're waterproof is a major factor. Sturdy too.

Solid firm boot. Very supportive, great stability although toe box is a little tight for my foot. Better all round than Oboz Sawtooth II and well with the upgrade. LL Bean pricing is competitive.

I purchased these based entirely on a recommendation from an LL Bean competitor who was out of the shoe, so I was not able to try them on. Bean had them in stock so I took a chance and ordered them. I needed a lightweight boot for a 2 week backpacking trip. I also wanted a boot with good arch support due a prior history of plantar fasciitis. These books were excellent- extremely comfortable and durable. In fact, I like them so much, I now wear them outdoors doing yard work. One other reviewer made a good comment: when they are new, they are slippery on wet surfaces until they get broken in and the "new" coating is worn off the sole/treads. If you are going to wear them hiking and it will be wet, just break them in first. Once you do, they grip very well and I used them in conditions that tested this a lot.

I bought my first pair in 2016. Wore them part time. And on a hike in Scotland. The soles lasted 4 years. On my second pair now that I ware working daily on our mini ranch, camping, tromping through brooks and playing with my 2 English Shepherds and Scotch Collie. They are the most comfortable foot ware I have ever had and have recommended to many people.

We have purchased several pairs of these - men and womens and we all love them! They have been to the Rockies, the Adirondacks and even the Alps! Also make a good everyday boot if you wear hikers to work in.

I've owned these boots since my wife and I were engaged 8 years ago. I have punished them for thousands of miles and they are still going strong. I'm never concerned about going ankle deep in water because it never seems to penetrate the leather upper. I love the contour and rigidness of the inside of the boot. It doesn't flex easily which helps with uneven terrain and miles of hiking. I have used them for day hikes, backpacking, fishing and fossil hunting. They have been to several countries including Iceland and Guatemala. They are the best boot I have ever owned. The only reason for purchasing a new pair soon: A pit bull found the leather uppers to be a perfect chew toy....smh. : )

Sturdy, lightweight, rugged, great support, worth the price. I do 150 miles a month. Best hikers I've owned.

The boots - Oboz feel like slippers when I hike/walk with them on.

This my 4th pair. They are always true to size, comfortable and they last a long, long time. A great value for the price. I wouldn't wear any other boot.
