The sneakers I got are great, thank you so much! I have never been treated as nicely by any other customer service in the past as I was when I had to contact customer service. This company is all about their customers and making sure you are happy.

My feet hurt in many shoes but I can walk and jog in these without pain.

I have bought 2 pairs of these shoes now. About to order my 3rd. I love them! The style was recommended to me by my foot-doctor because I not only have a bad back but one of my legs is longer than the other. So I put in a lift to help with that. I wear them daily for back support and I wear them to train for half-marathons (though right now I'm sticking to 5ks). They are all around an excellent every day and training shoe and make my feet feel so comfortable. I have tiny feet too, so I appreciate the size options and extra widths. Normally I am a size 4.5/5 wide, but the 5.5 normals (and I've had wides too) are great with the extra sock support I use. They come with hot pink laces and dark purple laces. Since I'll wear them to work (business casual), I keep the dark purple laces. However, the pink ones are much longer.

love new balance always wear them, only thing is finding them in 12ee women size these are colorful came with extra laces to change up the look

I am thrilled with the New Balance W1540v2. I have drop foot in my right foot and over pronate. I have searched far and wide for a shoe that stabilizes my ankle and moderately corrects my over pronation. These do that! The arch support is just right for me. These fit true to size. If you are searching for a shoe that stabilizes your ankle, try these shoes! With Zappos generous return policy you have nothing to lose!

Got these in the blue with pink trim and color is gorgeous as pictured. Ordered my usual 9m and fit was perfect. I bought these for the stiff roll bar because my feet usually want to lean inwardly and these do seem to help keep my foot in proper placement. Good arch support and lightweight. Shoelaces were a little long and come with both the blue and pink. I could walk all day in these! Got lots of compliments the first day!

I had left foot bunion surgery last June and I had a very difficult time finding a shoe to fit my foot. My foot was swollen longer that I thought it would be. Thank goodness for the help that I received from a Zappos representative. He suggested that I try new Balance W1540v2. I have been wearing this shoe for this past year. I am very happy with the comfort and sturdiness of shoe. I purchased another pair recently (different color) and I am going to wear them when I see my surgeon in a few weeks. Highly recommended for use following foot surgery and for use with orthotics

Following my L foot surgery last year I was unable to find a shoe that was wide enough to fit me (due to L foot swelling). I was getting frustrated. I bought a pair of W1540v2 New Balance brand shoes . I have been so happy with my shoes that I just reordered another pair of New Balance W1540v2 They are very comfortable and sturdy. I need to followup with my foot surgeon in a few weeks. I will definitely show him how well my new shoes fit. No more foot surgery!!!!! I usually do not like to order shoes over the internet because I have to try everything on. Zappos makes it easy. They have the BEST return policy

I bought these because I have plantar fasciitis. They have great heel stability. As with all New Balance shoes I went up 1/2 size and the fit is perfect.

Nice shoes with good support. Weirdly, the laces are too short.

These fit me perfectly but I ordered 1/2 a size larger than I normally wear for running shoes (which I always order 1/2 a size larger than non-athletic shoes). They are motion control and do a good job on my low arch, severe over pronating feet, but the stability aspects make my feet look a bit clownish. Color is nice, it’s hard to find something light to help reflect heat and while the turquoise is bright it’s minimal on the shoe. Like these so far.

I like these New Balance. I like the colors and they withstand for a long while.
