I BUY THESE SHOES TO HELP MY FOOT HEAL FROM SURGERY AND THEY ARE GREAT IN HELPING PREVENT MY FOOT FROM ROLLING AND SWELLING

It will be great if you can produce those types Of sneakers for women, wide width also, that I'll be able to pick the colors.

I have bought the 1540 and its predecessors for years. But I've always wanted it in better colors. You FINALLY came out with a pretty 1540.

This product is the only shoe that I have been able to wear comfortably for the past year. It is wide enough in the toe box to allow my feet a good fit. They are such a great shoe I've ordered three more pairs.

Love these shoes; they were comfortable from the first time I walked out of the store with them. I wear them a lot and have another spare pair because I heard you are discontinuing the blue color.

I started wearing these shoes years ago when I was training for the Breast Cancer 3Day and New Balance was a sponsor. I went to the NB store and they did a walking assessment and told me these were the shoes for me. I was kind of skeptical since they were the most expensive shoes on the wall but decided to go with it. They truly were that amazing and worth the money. I am on my 5th or 6th pair of 1540s in about 7 or 8 years. I wear them to work, to walk and to run and they have always given me the support right where I need it. Recently money has been a little tight so I tried to get a different brand shoe in hopes it would work for me and I am regretting it big time. I will be going back to my 1540s as soon as I can.

I previously bought 1540v1 and this version 2 is pretty much the same. Has a nice wide toe box, good arch support and a good balancing effect. I suffer from a chronic bruised heel (not plantar fasciitis) and these shoes help with cushioning.

I wear them with my work/tactical shoes and with my running sneakers and they're great for both. They don't slip down. They have the right amount of cushion but aren't too thick or heavy. Love them and plan on ordering more!

My wife has wide feet compounded by some foot srugery. She really needs to 4E and the 1540 is about he only shoe that is comfortable and also takes the beating she gives it walking our dogs three to four times a day. the SL2 last with deep toe box also adds to the fit.

Have plantar fasciitis & the shoes with roll bar hell it tremendously. After wearing for a while it makes the pain go away. Have used New Balance for years, my daughter, granddaughter, husband all buy New Balance also.

I love these shoes, great support overall and I don't need to add custom insoles.

I work 10 hr days on my feet all day and my feet feel good wearing these shoes.

Very sturdy, I wear them every day! They are great to use with my orthotics.

Fit better than my orthotics shoes combined sith arch support

I recently began physical therapy. My therapist suggested the 1540 shoe to assist with walking because I was born with Cerebral Palsy and I recently fractured my ankle in two different areas. The therapist said that the motion control would really aid in my recovery. I must say that she was ABSOLUTELY correct. This show has been a big help on my road to recovery. I wish that there were other color options available in this shoe.

I had foot surgery and have 3 toes fused together and repaired ligament and 8 screws on the top of my foot. I had bought another brand of shoe after my surgery and didn't like them. My foot hurt constantly in those shoes plus I walked with a limp because they didn't support my foot. I asked a clerk in the New Balance store what she would recommend. I was told that the 1540 was a great shoe for fused toes. I bought them and love them. They support my foot and also the 3 toes that are fused together, I wear these shoes all day and my feet don't at the end of the day. I am so glad the clerk recommended these shoes. They support my foot so well that I no longer walk with a limp. I had to go a width bigger but that is because my foot is still swollen from the sugery. Q
