These looked so promising in the picture and even after I took them out of the packaging. I have a 28" waist and 41" hips and these passed the first test for practical jeans: they made it easily over my hips! The fit on me was more of a slim fit than a relaxed one, but they were flattering. The big problem was that they are "super stretch," which I not only find uncomfortable, but leaves me in danger of coin slot exposure every time I sit down. And when standing up, it never really feels like they have a good grip on my waist. At this price point, I can't settle for jeans that don't securely cover my backside, so I am returning them.

I agree with other reviewers; it's a flattering jean and looks great but is too large in the waist, which means it doesn't feel snug and you may experience (like I did) the dreaded plumber's crack when you sit down or bend over. I kept them because I'd already ripped the tags off once I realized they fit me in the hips but in hindsight, I would have returned them for a pair that was more snug in the waist. I'll stick with the brand and look for another fit at some point.

I have been on the hunt for jeans for 6 months! I have lost enough weight recently to drop 2 two sizes, and finding jeans was a challenge. These were recommended to me on Zappos, I ordered, et voila! They fit like a glove, look good with cowboy boots, and they don't loose their shape even with a bit of stretch in the material. Plus, no panty peek in the back. The color is a bit different from the pic, but not by much.

Not a fan; Thought trying Lucky Brand, in search of womens cut, made of 100% Cotton Denim, with out added " Stretch". Straight in Tanzanite do stretch, bag out in less then 2 hours of wearing. Disappointed, put in " Donate Bag", as wore them for 1 day and can not return. If you are fan of denim jeans with lots of stretch, you may like this style Lucky Jeans

I love these jeans, they fit perfect and have a little stretch to them. I only get this brand of jeans!

I am a huge Lucky fan and I love this cut. I didn't realize they would be ankle cut but they look great! Wash nice and, if they're like all of my other pairs of Lucky jeans, I'll tire of them before they wear out! Highly recommend if you're looking for jeans that aren't "skinny" but still fit nice. Go for a longer length and they'd be great with boots!

The size fit perfect, and they are very comfortable. They have a little stretch to them, for a better fit.

The initial fit was great, then they stretched. While really comfortable they tend to fall a bit. The size ($) was loose and I know I'm a 4. They are the most comfortable jeans ever and wear really well. This is my third pair. The color is excellent and works with all shades and black.

These jeans are stretchy and comfortable, and the color is nice for casual looks. The jeans look great when you first put them on, but by the end of the day they are stretched out and falling down at the waist. I guess this is what you get for lower-priced denim? I have found that the higher-priced brands (Hudson, Paige) keep their shape a lot better. I kept these, though, because they are comfortable for running errands, etc.

I have these in a couple of dyes/shades as they're a great mid-rise for working in an office. For some reason, the Tanzanite dye has more stretch, so recommend sizing down. I'm 5'4", and usually wear a size 4/27, but needed a size 2/26 in these and they still have a good bit of stretch.

I love these pants we are very comfortable and fit perfect. I had to return for the longer pair. I was already a fan of lucky jeans ...love that I can get them cheaper on Zappos! AND free shipping/returns if they don’t fit!! Thank you!!

These jeans are very comfy and look cute rolled up with sandals as well as straight down.

The material is a really nice weight. Very comfortable. But these definitely run large...Order at least one size down.

Lucky Brand has hits and misses for me - I think these will be a hit but I had to send back for a smaller size and inseam. I am 5'7", 177# and the 14 was too big, the 32 inseam seemed much longer than a 32 so I am trying the 30. These have a great mid-rise, fit comfortably through the thigh and calf, and are a just smidge too wide at the ankle to make them perfect for me but close enough.

Finding the Elusive Womens Jeans is difficult. Always like Lucky Brand. This style, sits low on waist (which I prefer). Fabric is soft, but sadly NOT 100% COTTON. Ordered my Standard Size 6, this style runs Large. Since jeans have some Stretch-yuck, they bag out within a couple hours

These jeans are not as pictured - meaning they are not as straight leg as they appear in pics. They were also not a 30 inch inseam as listed, more like a 28.5 inseam. However, I loved the soft material and the lower rise. I chose to keep these jeans and have them altered.

I have this same style in a different color, so I thought getting the same size in a different color would be fine. They are not the same in terms of elasticity. The lighter color I got gets REALLY loose after just a little bit of wear, whereas the darker colors ones don't. Unfortunately, I washed them before discovering this. I love the style, just disappointed to have pants that get too big halfway through the day that I end up not wearing much. #sweepstakes

For the price, these pants are just OK. They run large around the waist even though I get the size I normally do in Lucky Jeans (8). My main problem with these jeans, like most new jeans these days, is that they stink. I don't know if it's formaldehyde or mothballs or what. Already washed them once to no avail. They are on their second wash and then they will go out on the line for a couple of days.From my experience with other stinky jeans, the smell never really goes away completely.

Sadly, the changes in LBJ's are not in the right direction. After ten years I am forced to look at other brands. There was too stretch in many styles and washes, but also the pattern / fit is not what it used to be. The 26 was really big -everywhere, including the leg width and scale of the back pockets. Tried sizing down but the 25's were really tight. Almost as if they were skipping a size. Tried other brands and it isn't me that has changed. I also tried multiple pairs in each size AND had the same experience 6 months earlier. I was hoping things were just bad for one season, but it seems this is where things are with lBJ. Please get back to the good patterns and Jean fabrics of your past.

The website said these jeans were mid-rise, but they were very low.

Smell horrible and they won't allow a return bc I didn't realize they had a smell until I wore them and I laundered them and they still smell. Lucky is dragging its feet about taking them back bc I guess the tags got thrown away but these jeans smell bad. I had other items in my order and they were fine. This pair must have been in a shipping container for a long time. Chemical musty smell. Any stores in my area have closed so no taking them back to a store. Bad business - I am sure to am not tre only person with this issue

I love the fit of the jeans. HOWEVER, I have contacted your company several times. They smell awful. I have washed them three times and they smell like gasoline and moth balls. I am very upset about this ans these are very expensive.
