I love these boots. I can understand the issue that people talk about with the calf being too narrow. I have wide calves and they fit, but just barely. The best part is that my feet were crazy comfy all day long!

I've been looking for nice boots, and most were a lot. I came across these, and couldn't believe the price. I kept looking online, and in nice department stores. I always came back to these! I finally ordered, with concern about the calf size for me. My calf size is almost 16", and they fit great. I also have plenty of room for leggings. These boots are super comfortable! The first time I wore them, I was on my feet all day, and then went to the mall for 5 hours. They did not hurt my feet at all! I'm not use to wearing shoes that much, since I'm from South Texas. I moved to Missouri, so I guess I will have to wear shoes now! Ha! I highly recommend these boots! You won't find a better looking pair, especially for the price.

Love these Black boots I was a bit disappointed my calf measures 15 inches but I just got them zipped up. No way I could wear with jeans or leggings underneath. They are a very comfortable boot, I am 5'1-1/2 and the height is great for me. There is no problem at the ankle either - fits nicely I just don't understand how the width appears to vary so much with different customers.

Nice looking boot, very comfortable as the sole is rubberized. The calf is a bit wider than I needed but doesn't look bad when worn with pant or legging tucked in. Comfort was a big plus & the color is a nice deep chocolate brown.

As a previous reviewer I have 15 1/2" calves and was hoping these would fit like a glove. They were just a bit too tight, and bunched around my ankles as I walked around. They might stretch out a bit in time, but I'm not going to put the time and effort in to make it happen.

Great pair of boots! When my favorite old pair of brown leather Ralph Lauren boots gave up the ghost this year, I decided to try the same brand and was not disappointed. Fit was comfortable from the first wear, they're easy to get on and off, and I really like the boot height, even on my extra tall legs. Only downside: the decorative buckles jingle just a little bit when I walk through a quiet office. Maybe some superglue will fix that.

These are great boots. The fit is true to size and I am able to wear them comfortably all day. As a teacher I am on my feet all day.

I love these boots! I couldn't believe my luck at finding these. I totally recommend these boots, so very comfortable. I have 2 other pair similar to these in style also by Ralph Lauren. I have 15.5" calves and they leave plenty of room to tuck jeans or tights in. My only complaint is the soles are a little bit slippery on snow and ice. Also I wanted to say I absolutely love Zappos! I ordered these and the next day they were here. Absolutely the best service by far ever! I buy most of my footwear from you and all of my jeans from you. Love your service, so easy, no hassles. Heavenly! These boots are comfortable, smart, and stylish with a classic look that will be with me for a long time. No breaking in necessary - I walked a mile or so in these on the first day (with substantial socks).

These boots are fabulous. They are well designed, well made, classic, stylish and elegant. They provide a high end look without the high end price.

These are high quality boots. You don't need to size up, I found these were true to size or even a bit big. I did keep them though becuase I love them so much. The calf is wide enough for people with 16 inch calves like me.

These boots are awesome! They are leather and feel great and look great. I was not overly thrilled about the price...but so worth the money. I ordered 3 previous pairs of boots and all felt fake and cheap looking. My calves are 16 inches & they fit fine. Love them.

Very comfortable boot, calf width was perfect with leggings, but the height was too tall. The boot rubbed the back of my knee (I'm 5'2"), so the boots will be returned.

These are gorgeous boots! Classic look that wont go out of style. I was worried they wouldn't fit since I have wide feet and calves, but they are great! Just the right amount of stiffness in the leather so that the boots stand up properly, but are not too uncomfortably stiff.

I was skeptical to order these shoes because Ive never worn Lauren shoes. However, these boots are so comfortable! And cute! Can wear with lots of clothes! Fits my 16 inch calves and room to wear leggings and skinny jeans underneath. :D

I loved these boots and actually got them to zip easily around my 15½" calves. However, I would like to be able to tuck jeans inside and they were too tight for that. Boo.

Great boot at this price point. I bought a half size too big to allow for large wool sock and am glad I did. The boot is well constructed and the calf fits my 17 inch calf with enough room for a skinny jean underneath. As a wide calf girl I struggle with finding boots true to the wide calf claim. This one was perfect. Would buy again and will check this brand often for other wide calf styles.

These are very cute comfortable boots, but as the previous review said, they are really tight in the calves and I wouldnt consider legs that big. I think they will stretch out so I will be keeping these.

These boots unfortunately looked and felt very cheap. So even if they hadn't been way too wide I would have returned them. They were comfortable for my high arch, but are really wide further up.
