Asics are one of my go-to brands. These shoes are comfortable out of the box. There is ample room in toe box. They provide great arch support. They have great cushioning. There is no breaking in period. I am currently healing from a broken right foot, so these shoes are to keep my left foot happy and healthy as I heal, and to provide cushion and support for my right foot when out of the cast. I think it is a great choice for both!

These are awesome shoes! I have metatarsalgia and plantar fasciatis, daily pain in my left foot, with wide forefoot and narrow heel. Finding shoes that fit and feel good is always a challenge. After trying several pairs I ordered these. No pain!! I ran for years and always wore Asics size 8. I had to go up to an 8.5 in these. Street size is 7.5. Thanks to Zappos for your excellent customer service as I must have ordered 6 pairs before I hit upon these.

LOVE these sneakers. It's like walking on a yoga mat.

Really comfortable and surprisingly supportive for how light weight they are. I took them running on a track and they held up nicely and my feet and ankles were pain free.

Love these, the fit is perfect, they are light and flexible and so comfortable. And they breathe so I can wear without socks and no sweaty feet. These are GREAT! My plantar fasciitis makes it hard to wear a hard stiff bulky sneakers for long periods of time.

Runs small compared to other Asics i've purchased.

Great running shoe for someone that doesn't like a lot of cushion. They also look stylish and not bulky like a standard running shoe. I normally wear an 8.5 in running shoes but went with a 9 in these.

I tried several running shoes and these are by far the most comfortable. Like other reviews, buy a half size up. Purchased my regular size first and and to return. Have received several compliments on my bright shoes. Just order the black pair when I saw the sale

I LOVE these running shoes. I bought them about 2 months ago and took a chance wearing them for the first time running a 10k. They were perfect. Very light weight, perfect fit, comfortable and lots of cushion. At the moment they are my favorite running shoe. Love Asics!

Unbelievable comfort in a lightweight sneaker.

Usually size 7.5 is a perfect fit. These were too short as my toe hit the front of the shoe.

My first pair of these was too small but I fell in love with the look so I returned and tried again. I am so glad I did. I'm the girl who kicks off her shoes the second I walk in the door, and oftentimes while at work as well. When I got these shoes I opened the package after work and tried them on right away - but I couldn't convince myself to take them off. I'm not kidding, I'm ready to ditch my slippers for another pair of these. They look cute with gym clothes of course but also with cuffed jeans. I'm normally an 8.5 in New Balance but an 8.5-9 across the board. The 9s in this shoe made the toe area feel very cramped, so much that I was worried the bigger size wouldn't do much better. I was wrong. The toe is very spacious while offering a perfectly secure fit in the heel. It's like they were made for me. Did I mention how cute they are?

Fabulous shoes good delivery time getting the return label on the internet a bit of a trial for another pair of shoes, the print very small and blurred.

Light weight and immediately comfortable. No breaking in period. Accurate color depiction. Love them. Every Asics shoe I buy has been perfect for my feet.

Extremely comfortable, and I love the powder blue color. I used the sizing wizard and ordered the suggested size. These fit perfectly right out of the box. I have been wearing these for four days without any pain or blisters from breaking them in. Love these!

ASCICS are my go-to sneaker and these I ordered after returning the Nimbus 17 and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. They are lightweight and very comfortable and I honestly was just looking for a simple black sneaker and these went above and beyond, they are both cute, stylish, and simple enough for my taste. I wear a size 9 in just about every shoe except ASICS where I have to size half a size up because they do run a tad bit small.

Love Zappos - love the shoes. Great fit. Following the offered sizing guidelines, I purchased a size 5.5 - a whole size larger than I wear in a regular shoe. Thanks to Zappos for a great shopping experience - my shoes fit perfectly and I would purchase Asics from your site again.

I am usually a size 9, medium width. This size 9 felt a little short. I am returning them for a 9.5. Hopefully, that will work. They seem quite comfortable other than that.

They are really light and comfortable. I wish they had more arch support, though. Don't trust the other reviews about running small. They are very true to size. I ordered a half size up at first and had to return them.

If I could justify buying three pairs of sneakers when looking for one, I probably would have kept these, but for what I needed Merrell Vapor Glove 2 and Merrell Bare Access Arc 4 were the better choice. ASICS 33-FA is a very sturdy, comfortable shoe. I also tried on ASICS GEL Contend-3 and, while the latter was sized about half-size smaller, ASICS 33-FA feels as much as a full size smaller which is due to the tapered heel design. The shoe is slightly less deep than Gel Contend-3, which, for me, meant that my ankle bones are not resting directly on the edge of the shoe -- a problem I have with many shoes that I can't wear without a heel inlay. The toe box in 33-FA was also much softer than GEL Contend. There was a potential for chafing around the heel, but I think this can be easily managed with a thicker sock. ASICS 33-FA has great support, but because of that they're less flexible than Merrell Bare Access Arc. Bottom line: I would recommend this shoe to those looking for a firmer support. Just make sure to size up! I normally wear 5, but felt that 5.5 was still a bit tight. In Medium width, the shoes also feel quite narrow, but perhaps if I tried a size 6 on they would have been wider.

Listen to the advice of other reviewers and order a 1/2 size up. I thought I knew better because I've worn Asics before, but I was wrong. Luckily, Zappos makes exchanges easy. In the end, these shoes didn't provide the right stability for my foot, which makes me sad. I really like the look and cushioning.

I really liked the looked of the shoe right out of the box but unfortunately it was to short. I ordered an 8 which is what I wear normally in Asics. When I went to exchange for an 8½ it was sold out in the black.
