Service was terrible. It took them 10 days to process the order. I won't be ordering from them again. The briefs are ok.

I'm trying really hard to return these panties but so far no luck in communication.

Not a great material and the cotton piece wasn't in the right place.

The fit and material are uncomfortable. The panty line in the crotch goes way up my backside and the seam is very annoying. They also run big.

Poor fit. The size difference between 7 and 8 is too large. Also, the 8 is too high-waisted for me. I'm 5'4". There was at least an extra inch of fabric I didn't need, which made them baggy. Also the leg holes were a little small.

Last year I had purchased the Elance Briefs and they were the most comfortable underwear that I have ever woren. So, I decided to replace all of mine and ordered 3 packs (total of 9 pairs) online. When i received them they are not of the same quality, they are not soft and do not fit in a relaxed manner. They are stiff, the elastic is very thick and does not fit around your legs comfortably, and the material just hangs. I am sadly disappointed.

Not what I wanted. Was trying to get the Elance brief with spandex. I plan to return the ones I got.
