After my father passed away my step mother gave me a package of these Pouch Briefs that he had not yet used. She said they were his favorite underwear. She said he specifically liked the H Fly and pouch design. I stopped wearing regular briefs almost 40 years ago due to chronic chafing and was tempted to just donate these briefs. However I decided to try them since the Pouch Midway has been one of my favorite underwear for many, many years. I wore them for a week and to my surprise I found them to be very comfortable. I did not experience any rolling of the waistband as some other reviewers have noted. I liked the full coverage and the fit was quite good with sufficient room but no bagginess. The pouch area is well defined and provides support without tightness or any binding. Also the width of the crotch area kept my man parts covered and prevented rubbing and sticking to my legs unlike other briefs had allowed. And the H Fly is, in my estimation, the best designed fly on the market. Will I trade my midways for these briefs? No, but I will wear them on occasion. I would recommend them to men who prefer the fit of a traditional brief style.

I love the comfort of these shorts, and lots of room in the pouch.

These are the best underwear. They fit and feel great. The color selection is good. Tired of white or black. Definitely recommend the pouch.

For me , these are by far the BEST type of cotton basic briefs - available anywhere . I really like construction & design of these briefs because there're specifically designed to provide maximum comfort & gentile support for my anatomy, with no issues. Another great feature I like about these briefs is the H fly feature JOCKEY uses in their selected types of briefs. These are perfect for more leisure , lounge . sleeping uses. Surprisingly wonderful comfort.

I bought M thinking these would be baggy on me because im a size small 32 in the light Blue ones, but they fit great !! its the pouch I love it keeps everything in place.

I had a terrible problem with sweating until I purchases this underwater. Problem is under control and they also hold things in place. I would purchase them again. I am 75 years old.

Very comfortable and fits well after washing in hot water and drying at high temp. Originally was a little too large at waist and legs. Like the length and soft fabric.
