I bought these for the summer, hoping that they would be super comfortable and well made since they are more expensive than the cheap flip flops I buy every year. I was trying to upgrade and was was very excited to try them. Unfortunately, the second time I wore them, I had to walk a half mile to a baseball game and the straps gave me blisters. I was very disappointed because I was so excited to get these and thought they would be so comfortable. The bottoms are actually really nice, I just don't know if I can wear them because of the straps. I'm not sure what to do with them now because I have already worn them and don't know if they can be returned. I have another pair of Reef sandals that are great so it must just be this pair specifically.

These summer flip flops/sandals felt rather narrow. The straps felt odd as they wrapped around my foot due to the relatively narrow foot bed. Cute yes, just a decent pair of summer casual flip flops. I did not notice the arch support due to the odd fit of the shoe.

I returned these because the soles are very slippery on smooth floors. I’ve faceplanted way too many times in slippery flip flops! Also, I wear an 8.5 in regular shoes, 9.5 in running shoes. I ordered these in a 9 and while my heals weren’t hanging over the end they would have definitely fit better in a 9.5. I’d say order the same size as your running shoes/ 1 size up from your normal shoes.

Unfortunately, I had to return these.
I have a wide foot, I should have sized up, though in general I usually don't have to size up.
For instance, Clarks flip flops in size 7 fit perfectly and do not require I buy a size larger.
Sizing aside they did seem like they would be comfortable, they definitely have a nice cushion to them!

I took other reviewers’ suggestion to go up a size (I’m normally a 9 or a 9.5 depending on how wide the shoe runs) and regrettably, even the 10 was too small. The footbed is very narrow and the straps are quite tight. I’ve passed them off to someone else who wears an 8.5 normally and she loves them. They’re soft and comfortable, if your foot is narrow and you go up at least a full size, which is a change for Reefs. I compared my last pair with this one and was genuinely taken aback by how much narrower and shorter these were.

I wear size 7.5 and the 8 was just too loose on the straps (I can live with the little bit of extra shoe length, but I don't want to keep my two first toes squeezed around the strap just to keep the shoes on when I walk) . But the main reason I'm returning them is that the foam base is not anywhere nearly as spongy comfortable as the Cobian flipflops.

I had bought a similar Reef product a few years ago - loved it but not available anymore. I'm a pretty consistent size 7, don't really ever have issues with half sizes ect but have to agree with other posters, there is something off about the sizing now. It says made in Vietnam, I wonder if they are sized for the Asian market??!! I bought these to wear in the house so not going to go to the trouble to return but be warned these really run small.

If the foot bed gets wet, look out your feet will slide off the shoe. Bought these for the beach and pool but they don't work. Any moisture and the foot bed is ridiculously slippery. Can hardly walk in them after being in the ocean or the pool.

It wasn’t wide enough for my feet. The feel other than that was good. Never had a problem with width with a reef sandal before this. Arch support was nice. Felt very comfortable on my foot except for the width issue.

I have flat feet and these are definitely the most comfortable flip flops I've ever owned. The downside is that they stain my feet black - and it's really difficult to get off without a lot of scrubbing. Unfortunately, it makes my feet look dirty which is pretty embarrassing. I've worn them about 5 times and it's still happening but I hope it will wear off eventually.

I love this flip flops! My pair from 2 years ago have finally worn out and I ordered the same size only to find that the size was not the same! Why would you change up the sizes? The sizes are 1 size off now :( Frustrated because now I have to return them and wait for the correct size to come in.

Unfortunately I'm returning these. Straps were too narrow and felt as if I couldn't keep the flip flop on. I was walking gingerly so the shoe wouldn't slip off and go flying. Definitely not safe for me. I usually wear a size 7 but ordered an 8 as other reviewers suggested. The 8 fit perfectly so definitely order a full size up. Ordered a 7 but never tried it on as the 8 was the fit. Used to wear Cudas but can't seem to find them anywhere.

I had a pair of black Reef flip flops that I was trying to replace because they were worn out. These weren't what I had expected. Extremely narrow and my foot isn't wide. I've actually never worn a wide shoe of any type. I usually wear and 8.5-9 and I got 9's and they definitely don't leave much room. Other than the fact that they are soft .... Disappointed ?? I obviously didn't get the same Reefs as before but I've already taken the tags off of them so I may just give them away.

I had to return these sandals. The foot bed was very narrow and my instep was too high for the straps. Love the quality but overall too small. I regularly wear a size 9, these were closer to a size 8.
