Love, love LOVE this bag! I'd been searching for quite some time for the perfect tote after going through about 4 Longchamps. I'd considered a Michael Kors but didn't want the flashy logo, and was very happy to find this bag. It's perfect. It's sleek, stylish, durable and can hold everything: my laptop, a notebook, both my glasses & sunglasses cases, pens, phones - everything I need for work, and more! Plus, it stands up on its own, cleans easily and has lots of pockets for storage so I can easily locate everything. This bag has been the ideal solution to my tote bag dilemma and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I purchased this bag in the Biscuit color which is an excellent nude. However, the straps are too short for over the shoulder, and with all my handbag stuff, it's too heavy and annoying to carry in the hand. Sending it back and continuing my search for an everyday nude tote.

This is not the quality that I expected. I will be returning this item. The leather is not soft and the metal fasteners look cheap. Overall, poor quality and craftsmanship. I have a Brahmin bag that has lasted many years and the quality still shows. This bag does not look like it would last a season.

I am very disappointed with this tote. The handles are very stiff, and when the purse arrived, were sticking stiffly straight up. I have had the tote since mid January, and have used it a number of times, each time being cautious with the handles because they seemed delicate despite their stiffness. Nevertheless, the leather part of the handles have broken at the base where they attach to the purse, and are now frayed and useless looking. When I set the purse down, they flop to each side at ninety degree angles. Several people have commented how unattractive and worn the purse already looks because of the handles. I have photos, but do not see a way to post them here. I do not recommend this purse for purchase at all. Spend your money elsewhere!
