The hunter boot shine is a must for the shiny black hunter boots. I love the applicator sponge because it makes it easy to shine the boots. I bought this for myself and my mother's hunter rain boots and it works great. I have used it multiple times and it keeps them looking new.

This product was awesome, although it didn't remove the bloom, but after the bloom was gone (I used the Hunter boot cleaner spray for that) they shined the boots right up! I definitely recommend this, but mainly for scuff marks and general wear, not for bloom!

The Hunter Boot Shiner Sponge works as advertised on the Hunter Rain boots. My wife's glossy pair had some scuffs just from her feet hitting each other getting in and out of the car, and the shiner sponge took care of them no problem.

I ordered a pair of Hunter rain boots from Zappos, and unfortunately they arrived with terrible bloom. I tried all the Google home remedies, but nothing lasted more than a day or two. I ordered the boot shiner sponge, and they still look great, even after two weeks!

This is simply an amazing product! Since I bought a pair of Hunter black glossy boots, they developed scuff marks on them over time. Since I wanted to get rid of them and still keep my boots shiny, I was very cautious on what to buy. After reading reviews and watching youtube videos on the Hunter boot shiner, I knew I had to try the sponge. After applying it to my boots, it did exactilly what the youtube videos showed. The sponge took out the scuff marks leaving my boots in pristine, like new condition. I'm very satisfied with the results, my purchase, and would highly recommend the sponge with the Hunter boot buffer (spray) as cleaner for Hunter boots. Use a soft cloth for the best finish leaving your boots sparkle. They go hand in hand and give your Hunter boots a longer life! Thank you Hunter customer service!

This is a must have for Hunter Boots. I first cleaned them, used the spray cleaner Hunter offers and then used the Boot Shiner on them and WOW!!! They look better than they did when shipped to me.

This worked like a charm! I was very disappointed to see my black gloss boots had bloomed after a very short period of time, but this little sponge restored the shine in minutes. It is a must have!

Because of the price, I was hesitant this would work. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. My Hunter Boots were unfortunately in a fire and there was white residue from all the soot on them. After attempting to clean them numerous times with gentle soap and water, I came across this product. You could barely tell what color they were prior to my using this amazing boot shiner. Now, they look brand new! You would never know they had been covered in soot. Love this product - it truly saved my Hunter Rain Boots!

This stuff worked perfectly. My boots look like new and it took a total of 2 mins/boot to make them look beautiful. So worth the investment. Definitely purchase this when you purchase your Hunter glossy boots. It's a necessity to keep them looking new.

My Hunter boots were looking a little distressed and 'chalky' after the last time they were worn. After researching how to make them shiny again, I quickly purchased the Hunter Boot Shiner. Worked like a charm! I'm very happy with this product and the quick shipping from Zappos!

I came across this product by accident and decided that given the low price point it was worth a try. My Hunter Original Gloss boots were looking a bit sad after two seasons - dull and some white glazing on the surface. My boots now look amazing! Back to pretty and shiny. The sponge is impregnated with some kind of silicone, and application is as easy as wiping the sponge over the surface of your boots. It is not like oil, but after application you can feel a bit of the silicone on the surface of the boot. I am interested to see how long it lasts, and how well it wears with exposure to the elements - but at the very least, it is a quick easy fix to restore the shine, as needed.

This was recommended to "fix" my black patten Wellies after they had "bloomed" (they got a white film all over them). I searched everywhere for other choices but was unable to find something else. Well, it is totally worth the 6 bucks! My boots look amazing! Don't even think twice about ordering!

I was surprised at how well this worked! Although it was a little difficult when it came to cleaning the tight corners, it was definitely still worth it.

Works wonders along with the Boot Buffer Spray... completely brought my Burberry Rain Boots back to life.

It's a good shoe shiner and it's really cheap

I bought this to restore the gloss to my black hunter boots. It's works well to polish, it's like an oil based sponge, but it does not make that glossy finish come back. It does make a nice shine. The oil residue can be felt for a couple days though.

There is liquid/wax in the sponge. KEEP AWAY FROM SMALL CHILDREN/PETS. I thought this was just a dry sponge that removes the white film but first one I bought arrived covered in slimey liquid. Zappos replaced it asap and it did a good cleaning my boots and leaving it shiny. It does take some elbow work but I find if I moved the sponge in circular motion it coats the boots with the liquid/wax faster. I would recommend wearing gloves, since my fingers did feel a little slick after using, and storing it in a baggie away from children like all other cleaning supply. I wish Hunter did a better job describing the product.

I really didn’t think this product did much.

I wasn't overly impressed with this product, but luckily it was only $6. I actually think a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works way better.
