With a size 16B, shoes and boots are extremely difficult to find. These boots felt perfect. The customer service is great and they are very patient.

It fit and I was happy with the quality. With a 13 narrow Zappos is the only place I shop for shoes.

I am so glad we can get his shoes with Zappos because he has a very odd size to fit!

I have two pair because I like them so much. One pair in each color. I had to return a pair because of a defect but Zappos quickly replaced them. So happy to find narrow boots

The shoes fit exactly as expected. I wear very thin synthetic socks (Swiftwick to be clear). When I tried regular socks or wool socks there was heel slippage which will cause blisters. Just an FYI.

The shoe fits my narrow heel well and gives room in the toe bed for my hammer toes. I like the choice of a gray shoe.

This is my second pair. I finally wore out the first pair. I have long and narrow feet. Always have trouble finding narrow shoes. According to custom shoe makers I have A to B width and a 14 to 14-1/2 length. I have spent over $1000 with custom shoe manufacturers and always come back to Zappos for shoes. Red Wing use to offer B width but have discontinued them. The custom shoe people tell me I should wear a size 14. They feel great when I first try them on. But once you are in them for a while they cramp my feet. There is no returning custom shoes. When I complain all they do is "adjust" the shoe. No more custom shoes for me. I have found that a size 15 in the Narrow width from Dunham are soft and allow my feet to swell when being on my feet all day without cramping. I wear them like most people wear tennis shoes. Thank you Zappos for carrying the narrow line of shoes in the longer lengths. I am thankful you care for such a limited market. I am old school and prefer to buy from brick and mortar business. I have found that what once was is no longer. Nowadays seems rolls have reversed. Use to get great service from the brick and mortar business. Now you get better service from the internet stores. It's great to know they care about the business you bring them.

Just like the other six Clouds I have purchased, open the box , slip them on and go!

I wear a narrow and was about to head out to hike the Sierras when my old shoes fell apart. With a week to go nobody in San Francisco carries narrow width hiking boots Zappos had several and this one is light, sturdy, has good traction and served me well over 30 some miles over a few days. Highly reccomended

Well, lets see. This is my fourth pair of Dunham Cloud shoes, so I guess I really like them. I wear a size 14 A and I can wear their 14 B/Narrow. Comfortable, well built shoe. They wear well.

I got these to wear while mowing my yard which has steep inclines. I have narrower feet and always settled for normal width shoes and used inserts, but my feet still shifted from side to side on steep terrain. Most shoes don't give you the option of a narrow width, so I spent the extra money and tried these, which so far work great. Three hours of walking up, down and sideways on the terrain and was pleased that my feet were snug and secure at all angles and with no sole inserts. Shoes have very good traction on damp grass as well. They appear to be very well made and light weight - I hope they hold up over time.

My husband loves his boots. He would have preferred them in solid black, but the fit and comfort are great. Thankful to find wide width shoes!!

Finally found a hiking boot that fits. Not many brands carry narrow. I am a 6 foot tall woman with big feet ! After trying 3 different pair, I found the Dunham cloud. They are a little heavy. The toe is stiff. I think they will break in easily and be perfect for hiking. Zappos made it so easy. I did feel a little bad as I have returned much more than I have purchased. Gotta Love the internet!

Very good looking boots, perfect grip pattern for walking our trails. Light weight and very comfortable.

I owned Dunhams long before New Balance acquired them and they were the most comfortable *real* hiking boot I ever owned. Then I got some post-acquisition and was very disappointed. I don't usually do a fast review, but I just received these and they are incredibly comfortable right out of the box and hold an orthotic well. Very light yet sturdy, and while I don't think they are a real mountain or desert hiking boot, they should make for a great city shoe and also have some style to them. Time will tell about durability.

I just received my four pair of the Dunham Clouds. Very good shoes. I live in the mountains and wear them nearly every day.......year round. They hold up very well and fit my long narrow feet nicely too. They are hot in warmer weather though. I'd like to have a pair that were not water proof so they would be cooler in the summer. I will continue buying and wearing them anyway.

I have very wide feet. It was great to find a boot that fit so well. I wore them all winter in Pennsylvania and the soles provided excellent grip. Now that it is spring I have started wearing them for yard work too. They are very comfortable and keep my feet dry. My custom orthotics fit well too.
