Love these shoes so much. I’ve bought multiple pairs. The new Ultra Cush from Vans really helps with the arch support. My feet don’t get sore like they used to with Vans

Bought my first pair of Vans old Skool when they came out in 1997. They were great then and even better now with the Pro cushion inserts. Fit great, comfortable after a day or two of breaking them in and always in style.

they are what I expected. Shipping was on time and packaging was good, secure. The size was the same as most sneakers for me, One size larger than my shoe size. If I wear a size 10 in a Timberland boot then I would wear a 11 in a sneaker.

Love these shoes! They look cool and feel good on my feet. The memory foam insert on the Pro is a nice upgrade to the original Old Skool.

More comfortable than the original, more overall cushion. Outer sole is more durable than the “ultra-lites.” This is my 4th pair old skool pros. Great shoe

The husband usually wears a 9-9.5 and the size 9 fit well. These look great!

Nice looking shoes but run a little narrow.

Stylish and comfy

I love these shoes, I don’t know why Vans doesn’t just auto over to the Ultracush.. older skaters and punk rock kids such as myself need the extra support lol!

Great classic shoe

These are my go-to tennis shoes

We had to order a 1/2 size up bc my son has wide feet and wide isn't available in this shoe. He had the Core Classic and they eventually split at the sides so I'm hoping Vans will finally make a Wide. He goes to school by the beach and rides his Carver around campus. We're hoping these are more durable based on the reviews and their reputation. Otherwise, they are cool and true to size.

First of all, Zappos gets an A+ for delivery time. Never second guess buying from here. The shoes are comfy and cute. I am a girl and bought these because of the cushioned insoles. They are comfy! I typically am a 9 in woman’s (7.5 in men’s) and sized down to the equivalent of an 8.5 (7 in men’s). I’m glad I did because they fit perfectly! They even come with 2 sets of laces! Yay!

I wear an 8.5 shoe and this Vans Old Skool Pro fit perfectly. It is a very very comfortable shoe. It has a comfortable cushion. It is a bit heavier than a Vans Old Skool shoe. There was no breaking in of this shoe. Would buy from Zappos again!

My son loves these shoes. Classic design, holds up well despite hours of bmx biking and typical boy use.

My first pair of Vans ever! Great arch support, very comfortable in the heel.

Best shoes I own!

These fit incredibly comforatably, with additional arch support above the normal Old Skools. Be aware the black and white ones here have suede toe tops and heels, but fabric mid-tops like regular Old Skools. Love my new shoes!

There Vans, I mean... come on people! If you need a review for these babies then you overthink. If you don’t have a pair then shame on u but it’s okay, there’s hope and it’s just a few clicks away. Make it happen and join the group of people that just get it

Bought these for my middle school aged son. He loves them, says they are comfortable and thinks they look cool. Buying them in another color for him soon.

Really like the Old Skool Pro. Size feels good, materials are a little better than the typical Vans Old Skool (hence the ‘Pro’), and the Ultra Cush liners are slightly more comfortable than the ones found in their lesser counterparts. Also, I really love the soles of these for two reasons: firstly, unlike the more common white variant, these tend to stay looking a lot better and not so old and beat up even though it’s only the second time they’ve been worn thanks to the gum color being able to make scuffs and dirt blend in a lot better; secondly, they just feel and look as if they will last a whole lot longer due to them seemingly being built much better/stronger/tougher than all of the other lines within the Old Skool family, especially in the infamous toe area where it has always happened (and what I can assume by now always will happen) without fail to every single one of the innumerable non-Pro Old Skool pairs of shoes that I’ve owned over the past at least 20+ years inevitably begin their frustrating journey of separating themselves from the upper right around where the toe cap bumpers end, a process which doesn’t take very long at all to get out of control to the point where that pair of shoes is no longer viable for any type of wearing at all, and while I hold no illusions that such a fate also awaits this pair as well, it just at least gives me the appearance to where I can confidently say both that I do believe that it will take a good bit more time for these to begin such shenanigans and that the growth rate will be much slower from the time that first little opening in that seam appears to when it finally has gotten wide enough for me retire this pair and to once again begin the hunt anew for the next pair of Vans which will ultimately be the ones that replace these.

Can't beat old skools

Fits true to size in my opinion. I have a pair of these that have lasted 2 years of almost daily use. Very comfortable, they break in easily Great price.
