I've been wearing these insoles for about 2 months now and they are great so far. I needed a replacement insole for my running shoes and I was starting to get some pain in my heel. So far the heel pain has gone away and I feel pretty supported. I'm training for a marathon so these will be getting a lot of miles and I hope they last. They are good so far.
