I discovered this years ago and just love the design so much. My original pack did tear, unfortunately, and I've read others having this issue but I was able to get a replacement and that was good despite the process being a bit challenging. In the end I love this design so much I have 2 spares so I figure that is my own way of getting a "lifetime replacement policy" haha. I use this for business and it works great on planes. It is very comfortable when wearing and has pockets throughout making it super great for organizing. Overall a great back back. I still rated this 5 stars despite my failed pack because they did replace it and I haven't had a repeat of that. I only got the spares in case I have tears in the future and can't find this again at that time. Cheers!

I bought this to replace an identical one that has reached the end of it's long, useful life. I like the variety and sizing of the various compartments. I like the strap that locks on front and keeps the shoulder straps on my shoulders. And it's big enough to carry everything I need to carry.

I have used this backpack for travel, school, and for work often. I first bought one years ago and it is still in great condition. It has been by far the best backpack I've ever purchased based upon it's durability and how much I am able to carry with it.

Love this backpack. This is the second one I have purchased. First one lasted 3 years of very rough handling from my son. Just the right size to fit a school laptop.

I bought one of these backpacks in 2012 and it lasted me until 2019. I looked for other backpacks but none had all the features that I wanted and needed. This backpack safely carried my laptop and all the supplies that I needed for a weekend trip, and I've used it for hiking. #sweepstakes

I will use this as a briefcase for work, to carry note pads and computer when in the field. Best feature is the carry handle, but I like the ability to put it on my back when my hands are full. I was able to figure out a way to tuck the backpack straps into the elastic on the back of the pack to keep them from flopping around. My last High Sierra bag had concealed backpack straps but it is no longer made. The only thing I would add is a shoulder strap option for more flexibility.

My daughter is in law school and has huge books to carry. The backpack is very strong and holds so many things she needs throughout the day.

I got this bag primarily to be used as my new backpack for college and it's AWESOME!! It has plenty of room for my books, notebooks and tech devices. Love the area for my Macbook Pro, its well padded and keeps my baby safe and dry. A neat feature is the ability for this bag to open like a book where it has extra space for my tablet and power cords, charge cables and chargers. This is the perfect bag stylish, light weight, durable and water resistant.

Starting to travel more. Hope this bag will be more convenient going thru airport security.

This pack has so many pockets and sections it is wonderful to keep all your stuff organized. There are so many options I find I can carry a ski helmet, fly rods and electronics needed for many different active vacations. It is comfortable, but is a tad heavy when empty. Ideally I'd love a hip belt for when it's totally loaded, but most travel carry on packs don't have them and so it's not a major issue. Seems very sturdy and is adequately stylish for someone who is really practically minded.

My teenage boys love their backpacks. The material and hardware are excellent quality. I think these backpacks will last them through the rest of their HS. The zippers are easy to work. Love the padded computer protector and my boys love the various pockets for their "stuff"; especially the little zippered compartment in front that is perfect for their school ID. Do not hesitate to bu!

College means tons of books. I love the space it allows me and that it hold up well. Comfortable on my back and shoulders too
