Perfect Rain Boots or Snow Boots. I use mine to walk my 4 dogs in the rain and snow. I typically wear a size 10 in my Reebok Cross Fit Nano shoes, but ordered a size up to a 11 after reading the other reviews and was happy I did so. I wear my boots with a medium to thick sock and there is perfect wiggle room for my feet. Can be a little hard to take off after your feet have perspired so I would recommend wearing socks that you can pull up over your calf so it prevents friction from your skin to the rubber.

Great, sturdy boots. Bought these to wear at the cabin. Great for snow, rain and mud. Perfect for all year round.

First off, Zappos rocks, fast delivery and super easy returns. Boots, quality good but calves were tight, not wide calf people necessarily, but at the widest, these were still too small. I am going to try men's and see if that is better, I would like it if they offered wide calf versions.

Sadly I have worn my Hunter Wellington boots out. After two and a half years of rugged wear around the farm I punctured the upper portion and now water gets in. Good news is, I get to buy a new pair! I wore my old pair in the garden, the barn and in the woods. My feet always stayed dry and warm. I could always just interchange socks when the weather was either cold or warm. I wear a 9.5 Mens U.S. size. A size 10 fits perfect. I love the ease that they slip on and the fact that there is room in the top to tuck my pants in as well. So my pants leg are also dry and clean. Unlike the low quarter or half boot. I can't wait for my next pair. This time black.

I live in Sausalito, North Bay San Francisco and we just experienced one of the wettest months in record where it snowed almost every day for a month. Some days we had a combination of high tide and a tremendous amount of rain where I was waking up to over 8 inches of standing water at the lot where I work. I couldn't have gotten anything done without my Hunter boots. They are extremely comfortable, great traction and easy to slip on and off. They have been a crucial piece of my work uniform that I will always keep in my closet. Just need to figure out which color to get next!

Tooo big and loose

I absolutely love mine, so bought a pair for my husband. They fit his feet just fine, but it was an amazing effort to get them back off. It took both of us yanking and pulling to get them to budge past his calf. If you aren't too muscular a guy, they will be just fine. If you are, you may want to try a different style.

thought they were a little big but then I put my orthopedic inserts in (from podiatrist) and they fit just fine

I wear women's size 12 shoes and have large calves (~17"), so finding a pair of women's rain boots that fit is nearly impossible. I ordered a pair of these in men's size 10 and the foot is a perfect fit. The calf is just a hair small; I could wear them barelegged or maybe with tights (but definitely not with pants or even leggings), but that's it. It looked like the calf tended to scrunch down a bit after I walked around the apartment, but it wasn't very noticeable. Fortunately I was recommended to look into Jileon boots, which run large in the foot and are made for people with extra large calves, and those fit much better. Overall, these look to be great boots for women with larger feet, but not for people (men or women) with calves over 16.5" or so.

This is a great looking boot but if you are a dude with large/athletic calves this isn’t for you.

A little tight for men but still wears out in rain

If you have a high instep. These boots are not for you. Husband like to never got them off. I pulled and pulled. Finally. A little painful.

The shaft on the boot was to tight to get over my calf with jeans on

Bought these for serious gardening. Once on, they felt fine but boots should be easy to get on and off. These boots almost impossible to put on and especially to remove due to very tight ankle. Totally frustrating and impractical. So much for getting a pair of prestige wellies.
