I cannot find a winter boot with arch support in any price range. It is frustrating. These have zero arch support. Too bad because they are cute and the rest of the fit was fine. I have now tried on eleven pairs of winter boots and not one of them have arch support.

The sizing of the boots was hard for me to decide. And I got it wrong. It was way too big for me to feature how I could make them work. They were too small at the top to get over my jeans comfortably. I will be returning. Sorry.

These are cute boots, but the toe box is a bit narrow. It is uncomfortable enough that these are getting returned.

I absolutely love the zipper boot style. I love that it is waterproof. I love the flexible material. I wanted to love these boots so badly. There is a hard edge around the bottom which would rub on my ankle. It was painful to wear for mere seconds walking in my bedroom. I'm normally a 7 1/2 and the 7.5/8 size felt really big on me, but way too narrow. I could remove the boots easily without unzipping them, making the zipper option pointless. My search continues to get good zipper boots.

Really wanted to like these, the reviews made me hope. But they were much too narrow and had no support. Going back.

Did not work for me as there was no arch support even with my insole.

It’s tight, size is smaller than true size

Width on left shoe was perfect however the right shoe was extremely narrow which made it too uncomfortable to keep. Disappointed because I could tell these shoes would keep my toes very warm.
