Construction and materials are very good, consistent with this top brand. The design is innovative in many respects and surprisingly flawed in others. My iPad will not fit into the front tablet pocket opening. Main compartments do not open wide enough. They are deep and narrow and are difficult to load. Small items that fall to the bottom are difficult to retrieve. I found that the padding, which took up a lot of the limited volume of this bag/case, stiffened it, adding to the difficulty of loading and unloading items. I tried loading it with the contents of my aging attaché case, and found that it ran out of room much sooner than I expected, taking fully into account that this is not that big an item to begin with. Think of it as a briefcase or small backpack, and you may be disappointed with its surprisingly small capacity.
