Super cute but they are the most uncomfortable shoes! They are hard, they have not relaxed. I wouldn’t buy again. I sized up cause Reg 7 was too tight.

Fit was to tight. I thought I was ordering grey but the color is actually khaki.

Too small

I am so disappointed in these. I wear an 8.5/9 so I ordered the 9. They were too small so I ordered the 9.5. Even in the 9.5 I cannot fully straighten my toes. Very disappointing because they are so cute.

I have a pair of similar shoes from Steve Madden. I loved the other pair but this pair was extremely tight! Love the look of them but had to send them back. Size up if you wish to purchase.

I was so disappointed in the sizing for these shoes. They run at at least a whole size smaller. I’ll have to send them back.

The color is not gray. Rather some bold taupe color that is not friendly at all. I wear a 10.5 so I thought 11W would work. I can feel my toes hitting the top of the shoe and there's no room for even the thinnest socks available. The width worked but nothing else did so they needed to be returned.

ladies with big feet......these run at least 2 sizes smaller. there was no way that these shoes were a woman's size 12. I could not even fit my foot in the shoe! My feet are not that BIG!!!!!!! I sized up usually an 11.....

Not wide enough.

I ordered a one half size larger than my shoe size based on comments from other customers. Even with the elastic sides on the shoe, I could not get the shoe on! Then, besides fit, I wanted a gray shoe. The shoe is listed as gray but it is ecru/beige in color. Not at all what I needed for my wardrobe.

Way too small!

I was optimistic about a cute shoe in a size 12 but they are way too small. If they made a 14...maybe that would fit!

i typically wear a 9w but because reviews said these run small, i ordered 9.5w. they were still too short. unfortunately, zappos does not have 10w in stock because i would definitely exchange if i could. the shoes are adorable!

When I first tried them on, they felt good. After wearing just a few hours, I have blisters on my heels and toes and that's with wearing socks. Unfortunately, because I used them, I can't return them. Very frustrated with this experience. I do not recommend these shoes at all!

The first pair I ordered were so tight. I did not think I could walk in them. Ordered a size bigger and they were so loose slipping off. returned both. Cute shoe but terrible sizing.

These are TINY - not true to size at all. So cute but they just don't fit.

Don't order these shoes. I ordered my normal size - ran way too small and narrow - returned those ordered up two sizes and they fit BUT they feel cheap and the soles are harder than they should be - very hard plastic. The fabric felt hard and like it was plastic as well. Cute style but nowhere near the quality of where Steve Madden shoes used to be in the '90s. I will return again - and order same style in another brand.

These shoes run way too small. I ALWAYS wear a 10. Those were way too small so I ordered an 11. Same thing. Then I was going to order a 12 but they were out of stock so I decided to order another 11 thinking maybe the wrong size was put in the wrong box. Nope they are super small just like the others. Most people said they ran a 1/2 size or so small in the reviews but 2 sizes??

Shoe was stylish but a size smaller. I ordered a 10 first go around which is normally my size but needed a half size larger. They do not carry it in 10.5 unfortunately so I had to go up to the 11 which was way too big.

These shoes are cute but oh my god did they hurt! They’re very rigid and rubbed my heel. Target has identical ones that are way cheaper and much less expensive.

These are adorable and I see them worn quote often by friends, but they are about a whole size too small. I am normally a 9, but the 9 1/2 is much too tight. Will be ordering a 10 and hope for the best! Disappointed because I really wanted them to fit : (

Wayyyy too small. I wear a 10M in all shoes except running shoes. I couldn’t even get my foot in the 10M. Shoes felt very stiff. Will not try another size.

Very small, and narrow. I wear a 9, but could have gone a whole size bigger. I am bummed these are so cute but they feel cheap and uncomfortable:(

Ran smaller than usual but a size up would have been too big. Also on the narrow side and my family thought they looked like hospital shoes. Nurses are awesome but I don’t want to wear their shoes on the reg. ??

This shoe seemed at least two sizes smaller. Not even close to the actual size.
