I ordered 1/2 larger and should have gotten a full size or more

Sadly, I had to return. The shoes run very small. Wasn’t sure that they could be broken in.

We didn't like the color at all. It says they are grey, but they look more like a dark tan. It's a very odd color/shade.

The color is not gray. It’s really a shade of dull taupe. I still went a half size up and they still run too small. I’m willing to exchange for black and one more size up and hope they fit.

Super cute shoes but very, very small. I usually wear a 9 to a 9.5. Could barely get my foot in a 9.5. Ordered a 10 and my toes were smashed against the end. There is no 10.5 so I am giving up and returning, sadly.

Half size too small!

I have other Steve Madden shoes like these but in a different color that I love. These were really uncomfortable. Very hard and stiff.

Really cute shoe, but as soon as I put them on they were uncomfortable. Small toe box, not wide enough and too big at the heel. Had to return them.

I have a pair of black suede Steve Madden sneakers that I love so I ordered this pair in the same size but somehow they are narrower so I'm going to have to return them. What's the best way to do that?

The shoe is very narrow, stiff, and hard. I could not get it on.

Runs very narrow and short. Material has no give like genuine leather. For the price point, very disappointed. As usual Zappos is excellent with returns!

I wish I could return these shoes. They are super cute and stylish but just not comfortable. Per the reviews, I ordered a half size larger and they are HUGE. Even with a cushioned insert and no-show socks they are too big and very stiff. I wore them hoping they would work, but I got a blister on my heel.

This shoe doesn’t feel good at all. I love the look but I the pain in just the first wearing is not worth it.

I ordered these shoes twice, because my regular size was too small, The larger size was also too short. I was very disappointed because I loved the style.

I bought two different sizes. One was too big and the other too small. The width was fine. The sizing was just off for half sizes. No way could I wear the shoe.

I ordered a wide width and unfortunately it fit more like a regular so I'll have to return. Style was cute otherwise, and though it felt a bit stiff, I would have kept them and broken them in if it wasn't for the issue with the width

I read that these ran small so I ordered a half-size up, but they were still too small! At first I thought I was sent the wrong size but they were the right ones. I am hoping they stretch with wear or something. It’s such a hassle to exchange online, I would recommend ordering at least a size bigger than you normally wear!

These ran really small! I typically wear a 7.5-8 and even the 8's were not comfortable. The shoe itself is really cute!

I really want to like these shoes, but they chafe at the back of my ankle. I can only wear them if I'm not doing much walking that day (which is not helpful for a sneaker).

Got the shoes in super fast and was thankful to Zappos for that. I always,ALWAYS wear and 8 1/2 and these were a 1/2 size too small. Took them on vaca the next day and thought they would stretch out and gave me a Huge blister on right heel. Learned a valuable lesson. Should have sent them back. Too late now :(
