My husband loves this sneaker. I order it for him again and again. It is comfortable and endures. And, needless to say, Zappos service is great.

Very happy with the quality of this product, and as always the speedy delivery and excellent customer service from Zappos. They're sized slightly different from the original 608 that Dad likes, but switching up a width resulted in a comfortable fit.

I got these for my brother. He went a half size up from his last pair. He went out of character with this color choice versus the all white and really like the color combination. Nice fit, too.

Very comfortable shoe. Fit 10.5, 4 E foot great. Actually found myself wearing them longer than intended....kind of forgot to take them off. That's a real plus as I generally take shoes off as soon as I can.

Finding Size 14 shoes for my 6'5" husband is always a challenge. This is a perfect shoe for him. We knew these New Balance shoes would live up to their reputation.

Get back to me in six months, but right now, these shoes are great! It's really hard to find shoes that fit feet as wide as mine. I added a commercial orthotic to help out with a metatarsal problem that I have. works well. I work on concrete in shipping all day...I'm happy!

I have worn NB 608s for years, I could not find a 10 4EEE in four different stores. I decided to order. The process was easy and the product is great quality!

I've tried on a ton of different New Balance shoes (574, 515, most of the 990 series, and more) and these have to be the most comfy NB's I have ever tried. They have a relatively flat insole with no noticeable arch support, wide toe box, and a very cushioned upper as well as a cushioned, yet solid, sole/insole combo. Just a pleasure to walk in. These shoes aren't very breathable. The insole in this shoe (White/Navy) is a normal insole, but I noticed some of the other 608v4 (none on this page) have a memory foam insole. I find the traditional insole more comfortable. Some colors that have the memory foam insole and are for sale on Zappos are White/Black, White/Light Blue, White/Navy/Lime Green (all white shoes with memory foam insole say "Cush" on the heel). Also Black/Black, Black/Orange and Camo have memory foam insoles. White/Navy, Black, Brown, and White/Royal have normal insoles. These shoes have an issue with sizing. I usually wear an 11 or 11.5, and in this shoe needed a 12. Definitely order a half to full size larger than your normal size. I also noticed some of the pairs I tried on had bumps/dips in the outsole underneath the ball of my foot. Overall I like these shoes a lot!

Great shoe! I wear nearly every day to work. These replace my previous pair that I've had for 2 years and I anticipate the same durability. Fantastic service as usual from the "Z" and I toot your horn whenever I get a chance!

After receiving this same model in a size 17 D (my true size) from a competitor and finding it way too short, I was determined to find it in a size 18. The competitor didn't have any in stock, but Zappos did. Thankfully it fits like a 17 should.

This is my first time using Zappos. I was very pleased in how quickly I received my shoes. I was surprised to see that if I need to return my shoes for any reason, I have 365 days to make the return! 365 days! That's amazing! And it's free return shipping!! I would definitely recommend Zappos to anyone. They are a great company!

Very comfortable out of the box as usual with most New Balance shoes I have ever purchaced. Fit is perfect.

I shop Zappos because they have a great selection of shoes in my size which is 15. It's very difficult to find that size anywhere. As well the over its shipping is a plus but it's the customer service that I appreciate the most. These people are the best under any circumstance. I truly love Zappos and would recommend them to everyone.

I walk about 4 miles a day on a gravel road and like the way this shoe fits. My last pair lasted 10 months when the heel separated, but I usually wear the shoe all day long. It is sturdy, comfortable and for me it was true to size. I just bought a new pair and they felt as comfortable as my old pair.

Overall a good shoe, but for me, it was uncomfortable in terms of cushioning - my feet tend to ache sometimes as happened here. The Dunham Cloud Low shoes were much less achy.

Good shoe at a reasonable price. For me, NB shoes are always a half size short- so I’ve learned to order up. These shoes are light weight but provide good support to locate the foot side to side. It’s a good walking/working shoe for me.

After buying and returning 3 pairs of athletic shoes, I finally found these New Balance shoes that I have owned before. Because I had ordered a different New Balance shoe and returned it because the wide width was not wide, I ordered these in 4E. I am happy to say that these are wide enough (I actually need some heavier socks to wear with them). There is plenty of room in the toebox. I have foot issues, lots of them. Flat, wide, long, lots of pain and problems. So far, these are doing what I need them to do. My orthotics fit, no problem. They don't squeak, much. For now, I am satisfied with these shoes. I hope they last the winter!

After purchasing and returning 3 pairs of athletic shoes, I finally found these and ordered them. Because of recent experiences with purchasing and returning, I ordered them in the 4E for my wide feet. Finally, I got a pair of shoes that are wide enough, in fact, they are almost too wide, but I am keeping them! They are a bulky shoe, but they are wide enough, long enough, and don't squeak. They'll last me a while.
