I work for a non-profit arts organization and I wore this dress while working our annual gala. This dress is absolutely perfect. It does make you a little wide while seated due to the skirt and crinoline, but the material of the dress does not wrinkle or otherwise show that you have been sitting. The back is cut a little low, but you do not need a special cut bra to wear with it. It is very comfortable, flattering and extremely classy. But the most important, best thing about this dress? It has pockets! Buy this dress just for the pockets. You will be glad that you did.

I was told I look like Audrey Hepburn wearing this dress. Very classic look. I am 5' 6" and the (size 10) dress went to about mid calf but looked correct with heels. Make sure you leave enough time to get the wrinkles out. I steamed it and ironed it at home and it still had some small wrinkles but was wearable. In terms of size for approx. 37 bust line the size 10 fit perfectly.

It is a stunning dress, full skirted, with an Audrey Hepburn vibe. Unfortunately, it is also very narrow through the back so if you are broad there, it likely will not zip even if it fits everywhere else. I am sad to return it because it really is beautiful.

This dress if very elegant and very flattering. I wore it in a wedding and felt very comfortable and confident. I am large busted so I went up a size to accommodate that but the waist still fit well and looked great.

Love this dress. I actually added an extra bit of crinolin under it to make it more poofy. It’s a beautiful dress and it fit well, but this designer runs big and I ordered a size down from what I would normally wear. The dress is dreamy and perfect for a dressy event. I got so many complements on my dress and I felt beautiful in a timeless style.

I am using this dress in my coming civil wedding and can't wait for it. I've try few time to see how look with the shoes and accessories I've chosen. I will recommend, it is a bittight in the waist, but no uncomfortable.

Dress is lovely but does not fit mu body type. The zipper does not lay flat as my torso is not long enough.

I needed a formal dress ASAP for an event as the one I had had tailored came back too short. This worked perfectly! Since I'm short, this came pretty much to just above my ankles so it fit the bill. Plus the blue is gorgeous! AND POCKETS! Who doesn't love a dress with pockets? Can't wait to wear it again.

Gorgeous! wonderful material, nice flow, has attached crinoline slip to give it some body. Flattering line, wish it came in other colors, like purple or blue. Or white! True to size, even generously cut. Size 6 fits perfectly - 122#, 5'6", 34a.

Runs a bit small in the waist, will try a larger size. Found the same true of another Adrianna Papell dress, fit me in shoulders/bust, but runs small lower half of garment. Otherwise beautiful and appropriate for wedding occasion.

Love this dress! I am short (4’10) so the hem is down to my ankles, but it still looks great! It will be my elopement dress later this summer!

I wore this dress to a holiday reception and got loads of compliments. More importantly, it felt so good on. Really lovely dress.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this dress is stunning. My daughter owns it in three colors now. I love Zappos selection and super fast shipping. My only comment is that when you purchase these online the come stuffed in a bag, inside the box, which means they aren't exactly ready-to-wear, if you know what I mean. Make sure you have time to iron it, or have it steamed. Other than that, no comments :)

This is a beautiful dress, however, the sleeve holes come up too high and are tight. I wish it fit.

The dress fit a bit too tight around the mid drift area. It was fitting in the bust and length. The fabric was very nice and so was the construction offered no room for a dress maker to adjust in the mid section I feel I must return it because of the very tight feeling in the mid section If it was only 1 inch fuller in that area it would have been a better fit.

I usually wear an 8 or 10. I ordered this dress in a 10. Loved the style and the fabric, but it was so tight across the chest that I couldn't wear it. I dont have huge boobs, but this is made for smaller chests (maybe B or smaller). It's just really tight across the chest then flows out from the waist.

Dress is gorgeous and fits great except the bust is too small and the arm holes are small. If the bust would work, I could adapt to the arm holes but unfortunately the dress has to go back. Gorgeous lines in the skirt.

The zipper gets stuck and I'm afraid it's going to break the day of the event. The pleats were very messed up when it came in the mail, and I had to take time off of work to take it to the dry cleaner for pressing and then again to pick it up. That cost me $14 plus time served. My sister got the same dress and also had to have it pressed because the pleats were so messed up. If you aren't a size 2 or 4 like the model in the picture, note that when they add size, this adds poof to the skirt part, it will be bigger around. When I look down, the neckline hits me in the throat because it's so high. Not that I expected any, but keep in mind that there is 0% stretch in the fabric. Make sure that you get the right size and allow time for exchange just in case you need it. Also allow time for getting it pressed. It would not be inexpensive to have this dress altered. That all said, overall, it's a nice looking dress if you have the right size and this shape is flattering to your body type. I've had similar problems with zipper quality from other dresses, so that isn't particular to this dress, but I wish they did a little better.
