Second pair for work. Get one year out of a pair. Do a good job with little wear to soles. Inside craps out first

Your feet will eventually get wet, but they did shed water for a while. The tread leads for good traction and the support is decent for trekking around in the woods, but I wouldn't want to do a ton of miles in them. They are built more like a work boot than a true hiker IMO. I use them for trail work and they are plenty heavy duty for digging and moving dirt. Support your local mountain bike trail workers.

Extra wide is very narrow

I ordered a 13 extra wide and couldn’t even get my foot into it. It’s more like a size 12 not wide.

I wear a size 9, too small. Ordered a 9.5, too small.

I didn't even try these on. The minute I saw that they are steel toe, back they go. Nowhere in the description did it say that these are a steel toe hiker!

Only lasted 4 months, a shoe string eye hole ripped. A poor quality shoe.

I usually wear a 4E but thought I'd give these stylish bad boys a try even though they were a 3E. I slipped one in and found they are far too narrow, the 3E is extremely misleading.
