This is a great shoe. I have very bad foot problems and took these shoes to Paris with me on vacation. The shoes are elegant and extremely comfortable. I now have three pair. While they are expensive but worth it especially since it means being pain free.

Wrong size shipped! Box marked as 9M and "BIG" shoe marked incorrectly as 7M. Shoe must be at least a 9. HUGE! credit please

I purchased these awhile back and I simply love these shoes. I get so many compliments on them AND they are extremely comfortable. I just returned from a 2 week trip in EU where I walked every day to and from work. These shoes are so comfortable and stylish. Even the Parisians complimented me on these shoes. The price is high but I've really found they are worth it. Paul Green shoes NEVER fail me. I'm typically a US 7 and 7 worked well for me in Ariana. However I just purchased Chelsea and had to go down a half size. Sounds like other reviewers had to try a few sizes as well to get the right fit. Persevere in getting the right size, it's well worth the effort.

I love this shoe! However, the toe box runs narrow so I tried a 1/2 size larger and the heel is loose. My regular size is too tight in the toes. Wish I could make it work but sadly have to return.

I started with the 8...I usually wear an 8 or 8.5. They were ENORMOUS...almost a whole inch too long. So I reordered in a 7 and I could barely get in them. Now I will try a third time in the 7.5, which I hope will be the right size.

These are chic loafers. They are comfortable and well-made. Paul Green shoes generally fit my AA width - and these loafers are no exception. I would buy again.

When my first pair was too large I contacted customer service and received a smaller size the next day! I call that "Good Service" and will definitely order from Zappos again!

These are great shoes with a narrow fit (although that is what I had hoped), added heel lift since anklebone hit side of shoe. Adorable looking and really functional (wear with cute work trouser but also great with straight leg or skinny jean or crop pant for a chic casual look.

These are truly excellent shoes that are worth the money. I am wearing these with nice scrub uniform everyday in addition to casual with jeans or with a spiffy dress. They felt slightly tight in the mid toe area at first but quickly felt super comfortable. They provide great support and style. I would definitely buy these again.

This is my first purchase from Paul Green and they are everything that was expected. I had these shoes pictured in my mind and there they were. Dealing with arthritis in my feet, shoes become difficult to find; however, I found the shoe that is so comfortable, chic, and they keep me out of mud puddles (we're talking Oregon here). I will definitely be looking forward to the spring collection and another purchase.

I love my new Paul Green Ariana shoes. They are made with the highest quality of materials and compliment a casual or dress attire. The sizing is perfect.

First, the Ocean color is very pretty and looks nice with black. The leather has a sheen but is not shiny like patent leather. The lines of the shoes are tailored and the tractor sole gives it a nice unexpected edge. I wear a 10½ in Stuart Weitzman and the size 8 fits me perfectly. I love these shoes!

Oh, my. Can't stop staring at my own feet in this amazing loafers. Sex on a stick. Delightful arch support. Comfy from the git-go. Looked for years (years!) to replace a favorite rounded toe (unflattering to short legs). Thank you, Zappos. Thank you, Paul Green. Thank you, Ariana, for your terrific half-zipper half-front base shoe detail. Always good to look a bit better than you have to. I gotta bury that round-toes pair of shoes. This new pair tres flattering.

Great shoes, a little tight in the toe box at first, so if you have a wider foot, might consider a half size up (or choose wide, if available). Comfortable right out of the box.

I usually wear a size 7 in most American shoes. In Paul Green, I sometimes wear a 6.5 but in this shoe, the 7 felt better on the length and width. However, the shoe is too deep for my foot, so I've added a foam insole. Not sure if I want to keep the shoe. For this much money, it should fit me like a glove. I love the shoe otherwise.

I love these loafers. They are a combination of style, comfort and beauty. These are the first Paul Green shoes I have owned and I will look for more. They were comfortable right out of the box, feel as though you are walking on clouds. I would so recommend this.

I was looking for a platform pair of loafers, and these truly fit the bill. They are very stylish, and I love the little zipper detail at the base. They carry an attitude and sophistication not found in most loafers today. Better yet, they were comfortable out of the box. These are the first pair of Paul Green shoes I've owned, but they won't be the last.

Very comfortable and smart looking shoes, perfect for walking all day in the city. This is my 4th pair of Paul Green shoes, the first purchased 15 years ago and still wearable.

Nice shoe, well made but my budding bunion on the left makes this shoe a little too tight across the front of my foot.

These are absolutely gorgeous and very well constructed! I have had other Paul Green shoes and been impressed with their quality. But sadly these are too narrow in the toebox for me, so they are going back.

I love Paul Green. I have terrible back problems so shoe comfort is what it is all about but with Paul Green I finally found some style too. I have been buying his shoes for years. When these came up I bought three pairs! No fancy heels for me. Two things, they all stretched out really fast. Within a month of wearing one pair, leather, about three times a week, one shoe is so stretched out I had to start wearing thick socks with them. The second problem, if you are buying them for comfort, is they have changed the type or brand of lug sole. It is lighter, not a good thing and I do not think that it is as supportive or comfortable as their original soles. I have a feeling they will not last as well either. About five years ago, I bought a pair of black loafers with the original lug sole and I did not have to open the second pair for three years. I wore them constantly. So they are fabulous shoes but like many things, quality seems to be a bit sacrificed. I would rather they add more money than take away the one of very few shoes that you can wear after you have broken your back.

Beautiful loafer, but my heel slipped out even when I swapped my normal 7 for a 6.5. I didn't want to try again with the 6. With a Dr. Scholl's gel heel cup, this might have worked. But I don't like the idea of spending a lot for shoes that require another cost in support. These should have been comfortable right out of the box. Very pretty if you're looking for a cute, dressy loafer. I would not call these all-day comfortable for walking, but I need a lot of comfort in my walking shoes. My La Canadiennes are all day comfortable, and that was my basis of comparison here.

I get many compliments on this shoe, but I have to say they are weirdly uncomfortable.They are too narrow in the toe area, and my heels ache after wearing them. It's a shame because the look as if they would be perfect.

I love the style of this shoe. I was looking for something to replace my Dansko black patent leather clogs, so I would have more stability than the clogs allow. I needed shoes with a little lift that I could wear 4-5 days a week with my clothes. When I got my normal size for narrow shoes, 8, I could barely get my foot in. However, when I tried the 8.5 size, they looked like a size 10 and felt like one too! I am not sure of the sizing of the shoes, but I had to send them back with sadness.
