I bought a pair they are very comfortable. This is my third pair of this brand and style, I bought the two previous pairs through a brick & mortar store. The price from Zappos was very competitive not too mention I saved more than two hours of my time by not driving to the brick & mortar location and shopping. My customer experience was great, I ordered on Sunday night or Monday night and the shoes were on my doorstep by Tuesday evening. figure that I saved more than two hours of my time by using Zappos.

This show is very comfortable. I ordered a 13M and it felt a little wide but adding an extra insert made it perfect.

Fit and Size were perfect. As I get older, my feet are getting wider and it is important to have the proper width for my comfort. These dress shoes were perfect and the gel inside (similar to an insert) was a great added feature. I recommend them to size and width!

I bought these to wear to my wedding, not realizing I had purchased the wide (EE) fit. It was a happy accident, no break in. They look beautiful, and for someone who still likes a hard-soled shoe, they are still fairly comfortable to walk in on a daily basis. I'm ordering another pair.
