My 5 year old loved these shoes... They are durable and cleaned up well in the washing machine. Our only con is the shoe's inner foot bed cushion comes out and we have to adjust each time he wears them.

My son liked the shoes but they were too small. His other two pairs of Tsukihoshi's are size 4, but size 4 in this style was way too small.

Like all Tsukihoshi shoes, these fit wonderfully (why don't all kids shoes - or just shoes in general - have a wide toe bed?). These are also not as baby-ish as some of the other options, and my 4th grader willingly wears them. However, also like all Tsukihoshi shoes they wear out incredibly quickly - I really, really wish this company would make their shoes sturdier!

Wonderful fit, wide toe bed for my son and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, after one week of wear the bottom/side of the shoe started to peel off (see the attached photo) - which is not okay at this price point.

Tsukihoshi shoes are beautifully designed and constructed but their sizing is kookoo! They size very big for most styles, sometimes two sizes too big, and sometimes inexplicably a style will be properly sized and thus too small when you order the size you thought you needed. Ugh.

My son is 7 and received these in August. By December there is a hole in them in the front. I don't know if it is just my son but I also found that the treads on the bottom wore out quickly than with other shoes.

My son really liked these shoes. They fit and were comfortable but NOT durable. Bought these 4 months ago and am already having to buy him a new pair because the toe guards are both dangling and they look really ragged. Yes, he's a busy boy and plays outside A LOT, but his twin brother does too and the shoes we bought his brother still look really great.

My son has been wearing this brand for years, but this style started to fall apart within a few months. These shoes felt lightweight when we got them, and sure enough, the bottoms have holes in them less than 2 months later. If you have a kid who moves, I suggest avoiding these shoes. The shoes are almost brand new and the bottoms are completely gone. Very disappointed.

I’m returning these today and ordering another pair in the hopes that the quality will be better than the first. I am so disappointed in the quality of the shoe. $70 is a lot of money to spend on the child’s shoe and I really do expect excellent quality for the price. Fortunately the shoes have so many broken threads and loose threads that they’re just on acceptable. My child child has only worn them a few times and I’ve decided to send them back before they get any worse. Hopefully I’ll have better luck with the second pair.

My 8 year old son loved these shoes and wore them nearly every day. I must say that my son is particularly energetic, but these shoes developed holes near the sole in BOTH shoes within 6 months. These are not inexpensive shoes, so I wanted to let everyone know our particular experience. Comfortable, cute, but do not hold up as long as we had hoped they would.

I have purchased this same show other times, but this pair wore horribly. The rubber pon the toe part came unglued after a few wears. Poor quality

too small...he is ready for a man's shoe!!!
