You would not believe the compliments I have received when I have worn these boots. They are beautiful, so colorful! They are not warm so if you are wearing them in cold weather, wear some warm socks. I have worn them in New England and we have 100" of snow and it's cold! When it's icy, I put ice stabilizers on the bottom and go about my errands. I love 'em! I'm 72 years old! Why get boring black or grey when you can get gorgeous colors! You only live once!

I have several of the SAKS boots, my true size is 11 1/2 but in rain boots I can take an 11. ORDER YOUR NORMAL SIZE, if you are a size 10 order a 10. Don't size down more than half a size because it will be too SMALL. I am just posting this for larger size clients like myself who many times can not order "cute" rain boots as other ladies. The appearance is very cute, the calf fit me and my calf is full. The boots are very attention getting and I think you will be pleased. The color is an off white with red cuffs and heels, then the print is black flowers and a yellow bird. I have ordered several of the SAKS boots and have been able to fit all the boots.

I usually take a 6 1/2 shoe, so whenever a particular shoe or boot comes in only whole sizes, it is questionable whether I should order 1/2 size up OR 1/2 size down. In this case I ordered both a size 6 & a size 7. The size 6 fit perfectly with still plenty of room at toe end; the size 7 was sloppy as I walked. At times like this I SO appreciate the free shipping/free returns of Zappo. I don't like to cause needless extra expense for a company, but by being able to try both sizes on at the same time, the decision process was easy with no wondering. THANK YOU Zappos!

After approximately 10 wears, the plastic split. Waste of money!

I wear rain boots year-round and during the spring and winter I wear them nearly every day. These boots were snug, but not uncomfortable, around my calves (16" circumference), but loose around the ankle and foot bed (size 9). I didn't mind so much because with short socks in the cold weather they felt alright. I would have been content with them except less than a year after I purchased they developed tears where the boot bends near the toes. So no longer waterproof, no longer useful.

My daughter is a mobile dog groomer, these boots have a delightful 'cushion' effect on her feet all day long, in addition to being sassy and fashionable! She also goes out in the pasture with her horse, and the mud simply washes clean with a hose. Way to go, Zappos...thanks for carrying super-stellar products!

While I think the Sapphire Treehouse print I ordered is really cute, that's where my "love" of this boot stops. They are too tight in the calf (yes, I wear wide calf boots). I thought with the buckle at top, I would be able to adjust to fit without any problem. Not. Even though they were tight in the calf, they were oddly baggy in the ankle. Seem to run true to size.

I was so totally in love with these that I posted a photo of them on Facebook, telling my friends that I was all ready for our big outdoor adventure cruise on a small boat in S.E. Alaska! I was absolutely delighted with the cool grey, black, taupe and white pattern to coordinate with my quick-dry parachute pants. The boots fit well with a little extra room for thick socks and an orthotic, which made them a wonderful choice for hiking through rainforests and kayaking, too. Planning on cold rain when we reached Juneau, I wore the boots for the very first time through the airport at Seattle, but was asked to remove them and have them x-rayed at security, but they fit more loosely afterwards. Examining them more closely when I took them off that night, I was devastated to see that the rubber strap holder had apparently been sliced through in the process of my removing the boots, rendering the strap tightener totally useless and flapping in the breeze! (Funny that I didn't need to loosen the strap upon trying them on). I would like to caution anyone buying these boots to open the strap before removing them each time, as it appears that it is indeed a very weak area in this design. Other than the broken strap, I can vouch for these boots being totally comfy for hiking (especially with an orthotic) and definitely waterproof to wear- and teamed up with a pair of wool socks to fold down over the tops, (such as Uggs) they kept my feet toasty in 45 degree weather in the puddles of the rainforest walks in Glacier Bay National Park. I had been devastated over the boot tightener failure, but (as usual) I was delighted after chatting with Zappos that being told they would help me resolve my problem immediately, and my mind has been put at ease....thanks, Kevin and Zappos-I'll forever sing your praises and recommend you to my friends!

These rain boots are awesome! This pattern was actually my second choice since the other pattern was out of stock. But I love the bright colors. They fit great- very comfortable. I wear between an 8 1/2 and 9 - since there were only whole sizes, I went with the 9. They have a little room, so are comfortable to wear with socks and are not too tight on my calves, which is one issue I normally have with most boots. The best part is I ordered them, they shipped the next day and arrived in less than a week - and I live overseas! This was my first order from Zappos and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely order from them again.

My shoe size is 7.5, so I chose size 7. Perfect fit. I do not have a wide calf, but the fit is perfect. Totally waterproof. I went down the stairs on my dock and went into the Intercoastal Waterway making sure that the water did not reach the top of my boot. Stayed in the water for about 30 minutes and my feet did not get wet. I was cleaning out the debris from the winter. Love, Love my Boots. They are bright and beautiful.

I couldn't be more pleased with my new boots!! I bought them to wear for yard work - living in FL and near the woods we regularly have a variety venomous snakes. These are perfect protection. They are super cute and VERY comfortable. I typically have trouble with calf size - these fit my wide calves perfectly.

I LOVE these boots. They're adorable with lots of stuff, including all my raincoats, very sturdy and very comfortable. Spent a long day the first time I wore them in a muddy field at a beer festival and was dry, warm and comfortable all day...the beer didn't hurt!

Cute! Memory foam insert makes the boots surprisingly comfortable. Size 1/2 size down as they run big. There is buckling at the ankles when walking but I think this is because they are flexible rain boots and not stiff like a snow boot. This bugs me so I’m not sure I’m keeping.

Great boot except it is only shin height so with every step the rim bangs my shins.

I was looking for true "muck" boots that I can wear in sloppy mud and not worry about it. Challenging to find any that are decent quality and comfortable. These will work just fine. I did as many others suggested and went down a half size. Good call. On dress boots, I usually size up, but most mud boots tend to run bigger. I'm happy with these boots.

The left boot began to have water intrusion around the foot bed area on the outer side seal about a month ago. Purchased in Dec 2018.

First time buying from Zappos. I realize that rain boots are going to get dirty etc. but I don’t want to start off with boots, OUT OF THE BOX, that look like this.

These lasted me about 5 years of usage in Guatemala where it rains very often. For the price they are a great! They did exactly what i wanted, keep my feet dry.

I love these boots. I have bought them before and love the support. However, I am a true size 7 and they are definitely a size larger. I would love to return them, but I wore them.

These appear to run fairly true to size. I usually wear 9 1/2, so I ordered a 10. They're comfortable, and I have enough room for thick socks. They're definitely intended for use as rain, not snow, boots, as the liner is fabric and the boots are not very thick. Still, I ordered the for use in the rain, so that's perfect. They're also very cute!

This is the second pair of Sakroots rain boots that I have bought. One was a few years ago and they were always a hit when anyone saw them. Just now there is a cut in the boot and some of the rubber is separating at the bottom so water was getting in. I think they run big, I would normally buy a 7 1/2 or 8, but the 8's were way to big. The 7's are perfect. I can wear them with just about everything!

Great boots, comfortable fit.

I ordered my usual size, fits great. I’m short and the shaft came up approx 2 “ below my knee. Loved the pull tab in back. A bit oddly shaped at lower calf, seems wide but not so much at top maybe can loosen buckle) Not a dealbreaker for me as these are my dog walking, errand running boots. They are super cute, comfy, and the box is a keeper! Great price!

Oh, I’m in love! These are so cute, I hope it rains buckets! VERY comfy! They do seem to run a bit big in both width and length, but I don’t think I could get another shoe in there - ha, ha! If these came in half sizes, I’d exchange down, but I will keep my size 10. Afraid a 9 would be too small. Boots seem well constructed, and I don’t see any early signs of future seam issues.

Bought these as a replacement for an older pair that started leaking. Fit is good and they are comfortable.
