Nice quality tights, bought them for ballet class. Only complaint would be about the thick seam across the toes but I'm guessing all tights have that. Was unsure about the size as no details are given online. From the packaging: S fits 37-48" & 38-55 lb; M fits 46-56" & 56-80 lb; L fits 57-60" & 81-110 lb. However, I bought a size L for my average height 9-year-old. She is slim, weighs 65 lb, and is 54" tall (32" from waist down). The L fits her great. The M would have been too small. So my advice would be to order up a size unless your child is shorter/smaller.

Perfect! Ordered the small and medium in pink for my girls for ballet and everything about them is perfect. The small fit my daughter who is around 40" and the medium fit my daughter who is around 46" but a very slender build. We'd been buying ABT tights for a couple years which were always too baggy in the feet and ankles. These tights fit like a glove--nice and snug in the feet and great length and material all the way up. Oh and the artwork on the packaging is whimsical and nostalgic. Not that that is a huge deal, but to a family that appreciates art--beauty is beauty. :) Not to be redundant, but seriously, buy these:) And one last thing, Zappos Customer Service was awesome--as always!

Use these weekly for dance class. They've held up great during wash/wear.

I bought my 10 year old daughter these tights in size Large. I chose size Large based on reading helpful reviews, so I decided to chime in to help buyers get the right size. My daughter is on the skinny side of average but has a booty and these fit her nicely. They have a lovely slippery soft feel. To complete her ballet outfit, I bought her the Capezio High Neck Tank Leotard in Large 10-12 in black, and the Dansoft Narrow/M Split Sole Ballet shoe in pink in size 3 (all from Zappos). She is a 3.5 or 4 in regular school shoes and the 3.5 Dansoft was too big. I also bought her the Bloch Matea V-front Shorts in 8/10 for Jazz. Aside from the 3.5 ballet slippers, everything fits great.

these are nice, not baggy around the ankle. the waistband seems comfortable. the small fits my petite 5 year old with a little room to grow. dark, but not completely opaque.

Nice high quality dance tights. They fit true to size, I purchased a small for my 4 year old. The black color is nice and opaque. My daughter likes how they 'feel silky'. They seem like they will hold up to many wears. As always Zappos shipping was quick.

These tights were exactly what I wanted! Not too think so her dress shoes fir well with them and they looked great with the heirloom dress she was wearing to our family special event! Size and description was as stated by manufacturer.

I order two sizes a med for my 5yr old and a large for my 7yr old. I have really tall girls. These tights are really good quality.

This is a very soft and durable tight. It doesn't run or snag easily at all. The fit is perfect. I'd certainly recommend this product.

They are of good quality. All of these tights run small on my daughter. I could not tell whether they are true to fit. My daughter is 5 and half and 45 inch tall. She needs size 8-10.

Good quality tights. Have held up to twice weekly wear in a kids ballet class for several months now.

Not as durable as I would have hoped, though I may expect too much of tights for 6-year-olds.

I ordered the Endura tight for my 6 year old daughter in a size medium because the Contoursoft footed tight by Bloch is working out so well for her ballet/tap class. Unfortunately, the Endura tight did NOT endure! While putting them on the very first time, we noticed a giant rip/run/flaw from the waistband down half the leg. I had already thrown out the packaging so I can't return them. I am going to wait until the Contoursoft is restocked and order those in pink or white. For reference, my daughter measures between a Small and a Medium in Bloch and the small is too snug.
