I have a pair of the same boot in white and love it. It gets me through hard Chicago winters. I've been looking for a dark pair of the same. Thank you, Zappos for making them affordable. They stand up to winter, sleet, rain, freezing temps. I have a 9 in white, that took some time to break in, but this 9.5 is better. Im typically 9.5 in other UGG shoes.

Ugg Adirondack boots are utterly fantastic for cold, snowy winters. I have had the low version for quite a few years and added the high version for deep snow. The boots are indestructible, comfortable, warm, and really up to Winter. I normally wear 8½ but ordered size 9. And Zappos is the best.

These boots are the bees knees! The representative was so great and helpful! Haven't worn them out yet. Don't care if the laces are time consuming, I'll wake 15mins earlier! It's worth it! I am a size 8 1/2, ordered 9 which fits perfect! Go Zappos! For your one day shipping, and being great human beings!

Oh, man! I scored on these boots. I had spent about three weeks of ordering, trying to find the right size. Normally I go up a half size in UGG but had to go up 1.5 sizes to get a good fit, even without a heavy sock. In the meantime, they boots went down $100! I had almost given up on finding snow boots, having tried Sorels, Merrells, North Face... all the usual suspects. I saw these while browsing and figured I'd give it a go. I got these boots to take to Norway for two weeks in February. I was a little hesitant because they are UGGs and waterproof (what???). To my very good surprise, they were very much waterproof/ water resistant. We had about two feet of snow whilst there and my feet never got wet. I was, however, expecting my feet to be warmer than they were. I still had to put in foot warmers but once in, my feet were toasty without being sweaty- which is a big plus for me. I usually have cold cold feet. We spent a day in Oslo walking around the slush and my feet stayed dry. It was warmer there than in Lofoten and I didn't add the warmers. I was fairly comfortable walking around the city, but at the end of the day my feet did wish for some arch support. We wore crampons most of the time in Lofoten. Without them, the boots had okay traction but not great. I wouldn't want to wear these on ice. I would recommend them for winter, snowy wear. They certainly did a fine job on most counts.

I have been using the shorter Adirondack for a few years which I love, but this taller version is so much nicer for deeper snow and colder weather. Our winter has been a little milder than normal this year so haven't worn them too much yet, bit I am sure that they will hold up just as well as their shorter version. They are not the best on slick ice, but then I don't think any boot is, but they are great for deep snow. Love them!

Love, love, love this boot. This is my fifth pair and this time I bought them in Black as my other ones are, and have been, in Otter. These are great for the barn, out snowshoeing and for walks, as well as to town. I hope Ugg never discontinues these boots as the taller ones are so much more practical than the Adirondack II in our deep snow in Idaho.

These boots are amazing. They are 100 percent waterproof - I walked for two hours through 2' of snow today during the blizzard and my feet were dry and toasty. While these boots are the warmest boots that I have ever had (and I have had other Uggs before as well), I have exceptionally poor circulation and so to keep my toes warm I tape hand warmers on top of my socks above my toes.

These boots are the coziest boots/shoes I have ever owned. And - they are great looking and comfortable. I took a half size larger, because of the wonderful lining, and the warmth is fabulous. Not only that, I ordered the smaller size first, and had to exchange it. Zappos customer service was great.

Bought these for my daughter, who needed boots for college in upstate New York. They are very warm, very comfortable, and the only negative is they are somewhat difficult to pull on.

I love love love these boots! Yes, they take a little longer to put on because of the laces, but it doesn't stop me from using them. They keep my feet warm and I'm always cold. I do wear with socks and went up a half size. We have had several cold days here in Northeast and these boots have been a lifesaver for me during the chilly snow days and mountains of snow we have piled up. I have gotten plenty of compliments on them too.
