The photograph of these shoes was deceiving-looked navy in the pictures-I bought these but when I received them they were grey with navy laces. I sent them back and I'm still waiting on a refund.

I love the design of these shoes, however I purchased a white pair at the end of November and they are already scratched, faded and stained. The material the shoe is made of changes color when you try and clean the shoes. If you rub to hard the material will start to erode. Material scratches very easily. Bottom line: I knew these shoes weren't the highest quality based off price but I can no longer wear them after playing 8 times due to how beat up they now look.

I purchased these shoes in August 2022 and before I had completed 17 rounds of golf the heel of the shoes started to wear away. Given the price and description a reasonable person would expect that the shoes would be more durable than this. FootJoy (Acushnet Australia) has so far refused to offer a refund or replacement so don't waste your money on this shoe.

I have never slipped so much on the golf course as when wearing these shoes. There is practically no grip. Also the materials are poor as I have had a tee go through the sole of these shoes. Do not buy!!!

I own two pair of contour casual loafers, bought over the past five years. The ones I ordered this year have lower quality leather and narrower fit. They had to be returned as they looked cheap. The full range of colors and sizes are not available from FJ or any of the resellers.

Very comfortable but disappointed in quality assurance. The area of left big toe and right front sole is lightly leaking.

The left foot shoe is uncomfortable. It hits a toe and becomes a problem as the round progresses. The right s OK. nevr had a problem with these shoes in the past.

I've owned 3 pairs of contours all in a wide. This pair is too narrow. I need to try the x-wide to see if that will work. Now I have to figure out how to return them to get the wider size.

The shoes are grey not white.

Although marked as a UK 10 the shoe delivered was very clearly a larger size when compared to my other Footjoy shoes Needless to say they were far too big and had to be returned

Besides the color being misrepresented on the site, my old Contours had leather outside & leather lining. These have that rough material inside that makes your feet burn, and the exterior material in NOT leather, but rather some synthetic . For FootJoy to advertise these as leather inside & out is misleading. If you want leather, which is much kinder to your sweaty feet, FootJoy is forcing the customer into the $200++ range. Even some of those only have leather exteriors. Read the descriptions really really carefully to avoid disappointment.

Shoes are incredibly comfortable, however after 5 indoor simulator rounds the shoe surround has worn off (back foot) to the point that there is a now a gap between the sole and the surround.

Don't know why but these killed my feet and back. Look amazing but know arch support. Reminds me of a running shoe very flat.

The white isn't white! They look blazing white in the photos but they are an off-white to light grey color. I'm pretty disappointed as they look great (other than the color) and feel pretty good. I have no idea how they perform as I will be returning them

Shoes seem like good quality, they're definitely not white on white like the description describes. the upper is more of a grey color. I give this review a 1 star because of the poor customer service. I've been trying to get in contact with Footjoy for some time now to send me a return label since the shoes are too big. They have failed to send the label on numerous occasions. I'm shocked at how poor their customer service is for such a reputable company.

I used to be able to order FOOT JOY shoes (10-1/2 wide) online with perfect fits; except the last purchase was a little tight and I didn't wear the shoe. This time I ordered an extra wide this time and it was TOO tight. I returned them.

Bought these thinking they were going to be white. was disappointed that they an off-white/lightgrey that was a different colour from the outsole. The shoes themselves are comfy and I'd recomend the size guide as I wear a 10/10.5 in most brands and the 9.5 fits well.

Only good thing to say is they fit quite well compared to the competition. Most likely as they are very soft. My comments go for the full range. Every model is dumbed down. Almost to disposable shoes.

This is not my first FJ golf shoes. My last pair was also FJ Contour. I have never had a problem. But this pair is defective. Needs to be replaced. I have written a request a few days ago. I am waiting for reply/instruction. ISSUE: pain on left small toe to the point of not finishing the round ( cart for the second nine. I never use a cart: always walk). As well, lack of under foot support: pain in the foot arch. Never had this problem with previous pair of FJ. Do not have these problems with my regular shoes or my tennis shoes (I play singles tennis 3 times a week). It seems to me that this is a defective/cheap version of my previous FJ. I have gone back to my old FJ even if the "cleats" are worn. Hope to hear back from FJ soon. I would normally recommend FJ. But I will wait to see the resolution of this problem before I do. Would not recommend the tongue won't stay in place making it a very uncomfortable shoe to wear. Extremely unhappy with my purchase.

A very casual shoe that offers no real stability support. I wore them once and gave them away to a friend.

I was very disappointed & returned the shoe. I have been buying FJ wide shoes for 20 years. Last year, the company changed the silhouette & the last on their shoes & now wide shoes are much too narrow. Just so you know, I am 5'10" & 175 pounds so not terribly obese. I'll have to find a new shoe company.

Tongue on left shoe was crooked,,,would not stay straight. Looked and felt goofy. I'm returning. Thanks. Bill Boykin. Order # 01200831
