It took me about half a year to finally find the right pair of black cowboy boots. These are it! I am usually a 9.5, but I am comfortably wearing an 8.5. There is even room if I choose to wear thicker socks. These boots are just gorgeous! They are extremely comfortable, and I love the height. They go about half-way up my shin and look perfect with skinny jeans, jeggings, and leggings. They are black and tan, but are darker than many with that color combo, so they can definitely be considered to be black boots. I would definitely recommend ordering a full size down from whatever you'd order for running shoes or heels.

This is a really well made cool boot! I just felt like it made my foot look huge as I have a larger size foot. You would not be disappointed in the quality of this boot. Very, very cute and well made.

Comfy but they scuff and tear on the surface. Not for heavy use or ranch work.

I love these boots so much! I have a wide foot and calf and the wide size fit perfectly. I even love the material inside the boot!

I love these boots. The color is actually a bit darker and prettier than it appears in the pic. They have the perfect distressed look. A bit goth and a bit cowboy...perfect.

Super cute boots, unfortunately I have a really wide right foot from multiple injuries and surgery. I would’ve loved to have kept these.

They look wonderful. Only reason for 4 stars on comfort is the right boot is tight around the instep. I am hopeful it will stretch as it breaks in.

Super cute and fit well

The boots were as described however, they were a Christmas gift for my 18 year old daughter, (who picked them out online) but did not like how they looked on her. Boots are cute but appeared a little juvenile with height & square toe but your customer service was friendly & very helpful in sending a return shipping label. The thing that most impressed me was there was a valid phone # to call & talk to someone live & I was not on hold forever, unlike all these others companies who want everything to be done online so they post a contact Number that is not valid or no one ever answers or responds. Also, I got to speak to someone who understood my American dialect! thank you so much, will be ordering again from you in the future.

I love these boots! They are so comfortable and living here in Alaska I was worried the would be slippery on our ice and snow. However, they do great they have nice soles. They fit so perfectly and I can wear them all day at work with no problem! They run true to size , at least for me. My only thing was the toe is very square but I still love them!!

This boot is a nice looking boot but is more gray than black.

Unfortunately, I had to return these because they were just too bulky and the look of them was a little less authentic than the type of boots I like to wear. The leather looked a little too fake for me. Now, I do have super skinny legs. so if you have a bigger calf, they might work for you. And, if you're not a cowgirl born in the 70's who has word authentic cowboy boots all of your life, you may also love the design. These are just my personal preferences.

This boots are really cute but I was hoping they would be longer in length - they are a little short for me I was hoping for mid to upper calf. bummer because I really like the square toe look. I am going to send them back only for that reason!

Beautiful boot but diffently not “wide” calf as discribed. Very disappointed

Love the look, but the fit is difficult. Too narrow, even with wide width. First got a 9.5 wide and then tried a 10 wide. They simply are not “wide”. Very disappointing.

I actually wasn’t able to get the boot on; much narrower width and shaft than I expected. Due to the stiffness of the leather I couldn’t my foot in.

Love how this boot looks and was really hoping it would work, however, my foot was just too wide at the instep to get the boot on. So I’d say if you’re cursed with a wide foot, don’t get them. But if you have normal feet, definitely buy them!

The photo does not show it is a boxed toe style, rather shows a rounded boot toe. So it does not look like the photo.

Five stars for overall look of the boot for the color and stitching design. Nice job. One star, if even that for the comfort level. Returning it for comfort level and it does run about half size up.
