These shoes are great and very comfortable. My only complaints is that the sole of the shoe is not durable and just two season of wearing the sole on my heels was gone and the shoe laces fell apart after 8 months of use.

Shoes were to large.They were returned. Not my style.

I've owned about 4 pairs of these boots in the last 2 years. I stand on hard data center floors for hours and hours at a time. I also have sciatica. I really like these boots the first six weeks I have them. They are lightweight, provide fair ankle support. The insoles are not great, but they do accept an orthotic insert for support. The soles, while cushiony, do not last more than 3 months. I despise the fact that the boot's weaknesses effectively make it a disposable shoe. Know what your are getting into when you buy this boot.

I have had two pair and neither has made it past 6 months. Very comfortable but sole wear out very quickly.

I wear XW in loafers and wingtips. In a my other boots W is plenty of room. I needed a XW in the this boot. Wouldn't be the first rockport boot that I hoped the leather would break in and ends up collecting dust.

The sole material wears down quickly. The insoles barely exist and new are required for practicality any type of foot. The laces fall apart within the first couple months. The leather holds up well and is it's saving grace, but way overpriced for what you get.

I had to return these boots, way too tight and 9.5 W is what I always purchase.

I bought for my son and have returned the boot because this boot runs extremely large!

I am a loyal customer to the Rockport brand. I been wearing them since the 80's. Always enjoy the feel and quality. So I hope this is just a fluke. I purchase my boot a couple of months ago and the lace already shown wear.

The toe box isn't comfortable and the back pull straps blew out the first season.

I only bought one pair of Rockport's and they were the worst shoe's I have ever worn in my life. The first day that I wore them they squeaked very loud. The second day that I wore them they burned my feet. Never again.

Comfortable from the first wearing. I was so satisfied that I bought two more pair in the same style. All fit well.

Great-looking boots that I thought would be solution for urban rainy days. Upon arrival, quality seemed good overall, but I was concerned about the cheap-looking cuff. Sure enough, after wearing only a half-dozen times, the cuff was already separating from the rest of the boot (both feet). Why would a company shot itself in the foot (so to speak) by using such a cheap material in an otherwise very nice product? Use a leather cuff, and charge a couple dollars more if you need to. I really wanted to keep these, but had to send them back.

I bought these a week ago. They look great, but are the most uncomfortable shoes i have ever had

I order these boots online in size 8 Wide but they seem to be 8 medium even though the tag says Wide. I couldn't even walk a few steps without my feet hurting. Will return them.
