These shoes are fantastic. Sleek enough to wear with dress pants, comfortable, and truly waterproof. I walk on campus through rain, puddles, and snow and after one semester they have not let me down. I wish they were carried in brown.

11.5 in most. 11 in these. Fit like a glove and comfortable first steps. Arch support is much better than other chukka's I've tried and you can't go wrong with the Adiprene outsole for comfort. Should be good to get me to and from office this Chicago winter.

The best men's shoes ever. I wear these shoes every day at work for 10 hours for the past 12 months. The most comfortable and durable shoes ever. Rockport is the No.1 in quality and comfort. I will continue buying Rockport size 15W. I currently own 10 pairs of Rockport shoes for every occasion.

This boot has style. I prefer the narrow toe box like the Parc City chukka boots. This price is reasonable for this boot quality and design. However, I had to return it because it is too narrow in the width. I wear medium width and these were more like C width.

Overall the shoes were very comfortable, soft and flexible. They seemed to be narrow, which works well for me. They were quite good for dress and business casual, and the fact that they were waterproof really made them an all-purpose item for me. However, I found that the soles had empty spaces in them so that when the shoes were not even moderately worn the bottoms developed a crack that sucked up water from the ground.

Even though they are waterproof, they aren't the most comfortable boot, when I compare them to my Frye boots. For some reason, Rockport isn't that comfortable any more. It seems like they are made cheaper!

Very nice and stylish. Elongated look as the other reviewer noted. Great all-purpose dressy design. However, the boot is narrower at the toes than it is at the heel. I have the lower cut chukka in brown, exact same size (12D) and they fit fine. I ordered 12D of this boot in black, and I am going to have to return them in exchange for the wide version. Also, there is not enough tongue room in this boot for orthotics, so you can forget about that unless you order one size too large. Both the brown chukka and the black boot chukka have gotten positive comments from onlookers. Will update with new review once I try the wide version.

For some reason, the toe of the shoe extends well past where toes can go, giving it a strangely elongated look. Oddly, there is little difference lengthwise between the 8 and the 8.5, although the 8 is a bit narrower. When tied snugly the edges of the tongue irritate my ankles, so I keep them loosely tied. If they are indeed waterproof, they will be useful, but I would not wear them other than when the weather requires it.

This shoe is only for narrow feet. I have owned many pairs of Rockports and this is by far the most narrow. I am a normal D width and these are going back!

The shoes were narrow with a long toe, but were generally comfortable. I wore them periodically to work and on weekends, and found them suitable for business casual and dress wear. However, the soles wore fairly quickly and developed cracks that pulled water from the ground into the shoe itself. This was accelerated by the presence of air pockets in the material, which may have made it softer to walk on also made it less durable.

The worst Rockport shoes I've ever bought. I bought this shoes for work as always because Rockport is so comfortable when I went to work and put them on it felt really tight. I figure it'll get loose like other shoes I bought. I wore them for over a week and still tight and uncomfortable. I normally buy wide & lifts perfect but not this one. I wish I could return it but I know they don't take it back once you wear it. So it'll end up in trash. If you wear wide, you should get extra wide.
