I got the boots for christmas. And when I got home on the first day of work the threads at the bottom of the boot wereit starts to go up the shaftstartedtocomeout. SoIpushed the threads backin and hadtoput super glue to hold then in. I have had them for about to 2 1/2 weeks now and have no more problems with them. I do like them a lot and thy don't hurt my feet and mine broke in in about 2 weeks. But to have them for one day and the threads start to come out can put a sour taste in your mouth.

Been using Ariat work boots for about 10 years now. They usually last me about 12 to 18 months, but the last two pairs I bought barely lasted 10 months. The Soles started separating after three months and completely tore off by 10 months of wear. Really disappointing.

These boots held up pretty good for about 3/4 of a year but I think the pair i got are faulty. On the inside of the boot the leather sole broke and now the ats shank stabs my foot when i put it on.

Do NOT wear these boots around any type of moisture. 10 minutes in the rain and your feet are wet all day. The band that rests on top of the foot can be a bit hard to break in, causing the first 4 ish weeks of wearing to be pretty frustrating. The leather tears very easily, especially on the toe. Make sure your socks are either knee high or you're tucking your jeans into your boots because that exposed under-hide finish on the neck will rub you raw on your calves. Soles are pretty comfortable. Love the look of them. Overall not very satisfied with these boots (2nd time Ariat customer).

I got this boot thinking it would be an upgrade from the sierra wide steel toes. It's been uncomfortable since I got it. It hasn't really felt like it's fully broken in like my other ariat work boots I have had in the past. Also the quality isn't good either the decoration stitching came out too after about a month and a half. Also one of the steel toes is noticeably shorter in height so my big toe is just about touching the steel toe constantly on one side as well

I can usually break in a boot quick but these fit way too tight! First time I'm trying Ariat boots. I wanted an exchange but they only refund your money. So now I have to wait for them to receive the boots provide a refund and then I have to order again. Basically a WHOLE MONTH until I get boots again. I need these for work and it's setting me back. I'm on a budget so that's why it affects me otherwise I'm sure it wouldn't be a big deal.

Owned several pair of ariat non-steel toe and always love them. Thought I would try a pair of their work boots. These do not have any wiggle room in the toes. It is like the steel is too narrow. Kills the top of my toes to the point of bruising them under my nail

I bought these boots in October 2021 and loved them. They were comfortable and offered great support. However the soles on both started coming off after about 6 months and had completely fallen off by August 2022. I'm a land surveyor that does mainly house layouts, so most of my usage was on dirt, asphalt and concrete- not too terribly rough terrain. I was really disappointed with the sole durability (or lack thereof) because they are extremely comfortable, grip is good, and, aside from the sole, held up great. I'd give 5 stars otherwise

Been wearing these for over a month to work and they still haven't gotten broken in. I have old Justin's and other ariat boots that didn't take this long to break in. At the end of the day my feet are killing me. The leather is also soft almost like suede, so the toes are getting torn up worse than other boots I have had. Wish I had got another pair of Justin's or a different pair of ariats.

Honestly after reading multiple reviews before purchase and seeing all the good things said about these boots I ended up being quite disappointed in the end. Purchased in February 2022 and now being June 2022 only 4 months both toes already showing steel, the right boot started showing at the 2 month mark. Also these boots have a very rough break in worse then any boot I've ever owned. Now the reason I am bumping it to a 2 star instead of a 1 is because after the break in the boot was fairly comfortable. Being a steal fitter I'm on my feet for around 8-10 hours a day and once the break in period was over I never really had any problems with uncomfortability. Just wish the toes could have stood a better chance. Would have put this boot at a higher rating.

I bought my last pair of Ariat boots, Usually they last a long time and are very comfortable. But my last pair after a couple of months working in them the sole started to separate. Ariat is a great company so I have faith they will reach out and do what is right to a loyal customer who has spent thousands on their boots.

I bought these boots in October for my 14 year old son to wear when he does ranch work. He only does occasional work with tractors and livestock, so we expected the boots to last much longer than they have. Within the first 2 months the leather around the steel toe had started to wear through, and now after 6 months there is no leather left holding the steel toe in on the right boot, and the side seems have split on both boots leaving holes in the sides. I am disappointed that the boots lasted only 8 months, and I think that we will buy something else next time.

So I bought this pair of boots about two weeks ago (was super excited to actually own a pair of Ariats). In that two weeks, I've had to bend and contort different areas of the boot to break it in (was tight around the foot, and the pull up section had cut the back of my heel). I thought I had finally gotten it all sorted, but here I am about to return these boots as the steel toe in my right boot only is digging into the top of my toes causing pain when walking and my foot to fall asleep when sitting. Left boot is fine, so I don't quite understand what's going on. Fit is fine with no flop. The only other thing I'll say is, these boots scuff VERY easily. Most of my job is sitting in front of a computer, but having boots is awesome for when I have to go out in the field. In my very very limited time in the field in these two weeks, in my right boot I have a nice little hunk in the area of my big toe coming off along with another small scuff on both boots. Would think as work boots these would hold up a bit better especially for people that actually need work boots all day every day.

Have had these for a little under 2 months and the steel is already through the leather. They still don't feel broken in and I can't wait to get them off after a 10-12 hour day. They look good but not at a sacrifice of comfort/quality.

I love Ariat boots so I decided to try Ariat work boots. I've never had a problem with non steel toe boots having enough room but this pair is just cramped in toe room. Tried every size variation was the same. Too bad I had to have safety toe boots for work.

I bought these boots and within two months the leather on top was completely shredded. My steel is completely showing. Also they are so so so uncomfortable on concrete. They'd be good on dirt and grass, no concrete if you want comfort. My feet were dying everyday, I couldn't wait to get something else.

All though the boot fits perfect and looks great. The durability is really not what i expected in a work boot. I am just a service tech, Imnotdoing anythingsupercrazy with them. the leather onthe tip hasalreadystripped down to the metal toe, the sole has split. these boots are five months old. Im really just not satisfied at all. Ariat does make a hell of a boot but the work hog is not one of them. Its more a work less boot. Thank you for your time, Regards Todd Cossey

I would give it no stars if i could. Very uncomfortable and leather doesn't hold up. i have had them 3 months and am already looking to buy new boots because they have holes in them. In my opinion not worth the money buy a different boot.

I bought these in January and only strictly wear them to work, I am a welder. I have had them duck taped for a few weeks now because the seam ripped for no reason with my pants pulled over it. Ariat you have officially lost me as a customer, I cannot afford your prices with the bad quality. They weren't comfy to begin with I had to add different insoles. I had the toe saver on the boots and the day that it wore off the metal was instantly showing. No comfort, or reliability in these boots anymore.
