I have bought 5 pair of these same boots I. The same size over the years. The last pair lost their waterproofing after a month. Trying to reach someone at customer service was impossible. When I did they offered a small discount on a new pair. When I said no they told me someone would call me and they never did. These new boots are smaller than all previous boots and I called to do an exchange and I was told they do not do exchanges and need to send back and reorder everything. This is stupid. I won't be buying from this company again.

Have used them occasionally and within one year sole comes loose Poor quality

They fell apart within three months the whole sole was falling off smh

The inside sole came out rubbing his foot into a callus. It is so painful he limps when he walks.

Bad work boots, side stitching tore open, Inside linning came loose, I normally get a full work season out a a good pair of boots, this were good for 4-5 months half a 3rd what good boots usually last.

I bought two pairs of these and the inside of the boot came off. I wouldn't really recommend these. Sucked because they were comfortable.

I have purchased 4 pairs of this boot over the last 10 years or so and was always very impressed with the comfort and quality of the boot. I purchased a new pair in October 0f '23 and the first time I put the boots on and took them off the liner on the rt boot pulled out. A replacement pair was sent out and now 3 months later the liner on the left boot has pulled out. Very disappointed and hoping to find out if they have identified the problem with manufacturing so that I know if I should get a replacement of the same boot or not.. Hoping to be able to update the review positively to reflect my history of wearing this boot.

After about two weeks of wear, the entire lining of the right boot came out with my foot. It now continues to do so every time I put the boot on.

These are the most uncomfortable boots I've ever worn, I have tried to "wear them in" but they are just so uncomfortable, they hurt the ankles and around the heel they are just not good boots to work long hours on your feet.

Had them in the past and loved them, so I got another pair for work and 3 weeks into owning them the whole inside of the boot ripped out while attempting to take them off my foot. Goes to show me the quality has decreased since I bought them the first time in 2016. My other pair of Ariats I bought to replace these leaked and soaked my foot after about 2 hours in the rain at work. Absolutely ridiculous to even call these work boots anymore.

I need to know if these are waterproof it says that they are but in the comments Ariat says they're not.

After 2 months of use the inside of the boot started to come off every time I took the boot off. The back part where heel is started to lift.

Ive had these boots for three months now. Within the first month the liner had come loose, so it makes taking the boots off a bit of a chore. And now after only three months, the waterproofing has failed. I thought Ariat quality was supposed to be better than this.

I have always loved Ariat boots. They are very comfortable I recently received these work boots, and wear them at least four out of seven days of the week. I am unsatisfied with these boots the material of the boots seems cheaply made. The top is already started peeling.

I at first accidentally ordered the wrong size and Ariats shipping department did an amazing job of getting the correct size out to me very fast and hassle free. Sadly everything good ends there. I have loved Ariats work boots for several years now and it's all I wear, but this boot was an immediate problem. The inner lining came loose from the boot itself and moves around as well as comes out when you take the boot off. Resulting in the boot being practically impossible to remove. Much like a Chinese finger trap. Making the inner lining material bunch up and cause pain in my feet. I understand things happen and have tried contacting customer service, but all I have received is silence. I'd say excellent shipping service, poor product quality, and so far horrible customer service. This boot and experience is going to make me look at other brands.

I bought these boots from royal king and I had them for 1 month. When I got to a job sight I started walking around and noticed my sole of my boot was ripped off my boot reached out that night to customer service and they blew me off. I was told that I would get a email and i received no email this is my first pair of Ariat's and unless Ariat can fix their mistake or replace them this will be my last pair to

They are warm I will give them that but I had them for a month and the heel split off of the main boot. Don't expect any complication for it either I called and never got any response back all it was is just look for a email for further instructions but never received a email

The material of the heel inside one of the boots separated and is loose. Now Mt foot gets stuck inside the boot and it's extremely hard to get my foot out of the boot.

These boots were unfortunately a no go for myself personally. They rubbed terribly under my left ankle bone. Had to return them.

Bought these boost back in May or June an the soul is coming off to be ariat boots I am very disappointed

I love the look and comfort of these boots. Unfortunately they never see. To last. I work on a farm and these boots lasted less than 6 months. The boots are lifting fro. The bottom and the soles are completely destroyed. I won't be recommending these again unfortunately. Very disappointing

I ordered their boots and everything was great but they were about 3 sizes to big even tho I have worn the same size shoe for years. It was very upsetting for the fact that I don't know what size I would even order they are not by any means close to other size charts.

My wife ordered me these boots as a size 10 which I normally fit comfortably but when I unboxed it, it was clearly atleast 2 sizes bigger compared to my other boots, immediately returned did not want to look like goofys shoes

I've worn these boots every other day for the last 9 months now. At the 6 month mark the lining came loose, making it rather difficult to remove the boots. To add insult to injury, I reached out to Ariat on 11/18/22, they requested all the pertinent information to process the claim on 12/2/22, I responded on 12/7/22 with said information and almost 2 months later I haven't received a single response. Guess its time to look elsewhere for work boots...
