Ok to be fair I loved these boots, so why did I only give them 2 stars.....Durability. I have bought 2 pairs and to be honest they are comfortable and feel great even after a 12-hour shift at the plant. The problem is that after 6 months the inside liner separated from the heel , bunched up and cut the circulation of on my foot so I had to cut them off my feet. I unfortunately will not be buying a 3rd pair. NOTE: after the first pair i thought it was the way i took the boot off so bought a boot stand to help remove the boot....nope still a problem.

only wore the boot for 1 1/2 months and the inside lining on the left boot detached from the ankle causing my heal to slip a lot and now super hard to take off, the loose lining gets stuck to my ankle and wont let the foot come out. Also the toe on this boot is kinda narrow.

To small. 11-R is the size of my other 20 plus pair of boots.Miss marked according to the rep on phone. He said returns are backed up till july. Ariat boots need to be store bought i guess. If i ever buy from them again.

Boots always blow out within 4 to 6 months. I've tried workhogs and other Ariats, but the leather always does this. I wear wide, but doesn't help. I continue to buy them because I find them comfortable and they are the cheapest boot making them "disposable". I just know I've got to spend $600+ a year in boots.

Was really looking forward to these boots, love the look and safety options offered with them. I used these boots everyday from construction to hunting. As per most of the reviews the inner part of the boots broke free and I've glued them multiple times hoping to remedy the issue with no avail. Carrying a shoe horn around with me just to get them off is not something I looked forward to. Very comfortable, seem to stand up to everything I have thrown at them, but not being sure if you can get your boot off or not at the end or anywhere between a long workday is no way to live. Wish it was different as you would have had a customer for life.

These boots are great for the first little while. Then as other reviews have stated the sole on the inside of the boot around the heel comes free from the boot and makes taking the boot off very difficult. I am also having the rubber tread peel off the boot. I have had to super glue the right tread back onto the boot and the left boot is starting to do it as well. I work construction so safety toe is required and waterproof is a must have. It's a shame too bc these boots are very comfortable to wear and there aren't many options out there for waterproof, safety toe, and electrical hazard. I especially liked these bc they look like true cowboy/western boots rather than a combo boot. So overall, fantastic boot while they lasted. However, the quality simply isn't there.

I've technically had three pairs of these boots and every single set has had the same problem. The inner liner around the heel will separate from the sole and will cause your foot to get stuck in the boot, essentially rendering these useless. I bought two pairs which had opposite feet have the same issue. I combined the two that weren't messed up and just had the same issue happen again. It's a shame because while they're working they're great boots but then this problem inevitably happens. Very disappointed with these boots seeing as they're the only plain styled pull on boots with the waterproof and electrical hazard rating.

Very difficult to get heel in. The internal fabric moves and feels like you are pinching the heal to get foot fully in boot.

Bought these boots back in December and they were as most ariat boots very good. But I'm late march they felt like I had no sole, walking felt as I was walking almost barefoot. I walk almost 8-10 hrs a day at work and I'm up and down ladders most of the day and these boots wore out quick. Since I've had this job I've always bought ariat boots and these were a disappointment.

Love Ariat boots have had several pair. I work in the trades bought 2 pairs exact same size one steel toe one not steel toe. Wear steel toes daily and they still haven't stretched have trouble getting them on but don't have issues with the non steel toe they fit great. Steel toe boots are causing foot pain. But the non steel toe don't cause foot pain

Got these for Christmas and he loved them. Comfortable, good look to them. Well it's been about a month of wearing them and they are not waterproof for long, they're beginning to leak to the point your feet get wet when it's just raining.

The layer of material under the insole turned to mush by the 3rd day wearing them. Ive been looking for a boot that can hold up to the tough conditions I put them through, and these would be it if not for that reason.

Great looking boot. Would've given 5 stars if not for the sizing. My husband has been wearing similar looking Ariat boots for over ten years. Ordered the same size as always, but these were much tighter. Had to return them.

I bought these boots in May and they lasted one week. The insole of the boot came separated from the base of the shoe, which made it nearly impossible to get off my foot. I actually got a bit of claustrophobia as I tried to remove. It is unfortunate because they were really comfortable.

Looks to be a well built boot. The shaft on the right boot is to tight to get by foot in.Never had a boot that the shaft was under sized.

The boot is heavy and not comfortable to wear. After working in them all day your ankles and knees feel it. I am a young, fit guy and can tell the difference.

Good boots, tough leather but stitching is weak. After about 6-8 months the stitching on the front of the boot just came loose. Sole just flapping about. Wish there was a warranty for stuff like this.

I ordered these to replace an old pair when the sole came off. Same size completely different fit. I had to have a pair so I wore them despite the horribly loose fit. I promptly ordered a pair of Thorogood's to replace the Ariats. Hopefully I'll be able to wear the Ariats this winter with thicker socks. Second time I've had fit issues with Ariat. Won't make this mistake again.

I've had quite a few Ariat boots and these are the first that have ever been this tight and rough on the tops of my feet. They seem slightly too small in the throat and the uppers don't seem to be breaking in. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed compared to all my other great Ariat experiences.

I bought these in October, 2020 and the leather on the side is already cracking! I was hoping they would last at least a year. I wear these boots 40 hours a week and stand all day.

Boot the boot. I'm normally a 9.5 EE, bought the same size and there were very big. Not Ariats fault as all boot fit different. I'm usually a wide, but these things are very wide! Going to try a 9 wide instead. Big problem is the color does not match the photo at all! Take a look at the picture on the box compared to the actual boo; same issue as a few have commented here. The boot with the black top has very dark color, not as advertised.
