These ankle boots are great. They are comfortable right out of the box, no break-in needed. I bought them and wore them the first time on a trip to Norway. They were perfect for travel. Easy to slip off on the plane and comfortable to wear all day when we landed.

These boots are great value. They are true to size and width. The upper suede leather is very soft and very thin but they’re sturdy and despite the thin sole and very low/almost nonexistent heel, the shoe has some nice padding in it. Cute low heeled Beatle boot.

So stylish even when dressed down. Nice and warm in my cold office.

They were exactly what I was looking for. I do well with Kenneth Cole reaction shoes and with Zappos. Love u zappos!

Fit true to size. Easy to get on and off. Leather is very attractive. Good flat heel bootie. Works with leggings and tights. Good value, style for price. Comparable style to EF booties at a more reasonable price.

Love these! I've been looking for a while for some black, flat, non-clunky booties, and these are perfect. They don't make my size 10 feet look big, and they are so cute with jeans, skirts, dresses, etc. I have to force myself not to wear them everyday. Definitely recommend!

I have now bought these booties twice! They are so cute and comfortable that I wear them often. From the first time I put them on they were great - no breaking these in. I also bought them in taupe so I guess that makes three pairs that I have got in my closet! I truly do love them and seem to receive plenty of compliments - that is always nice!

I love these shoes! They are very soft, yet keep their shape. I've been wearing them with skirts and dresses, with socks or tights, and they look cute either way. I've also gotten plenty of compliments on them. They definitely run big, I usually wear an 8 1/2 wide or 9, the 8 1/2 was huge on this style but thankfully exchanges are quick and simple with Zappos and I got the size 8 promptly and they fit perfectly with no break in time.

Ahh - the search for the perfect comfortable low heel black bootie... This is the closest I have gotten. The leather is flexible and soft so it gives while walking - perfect since it was a bit narrow for me. The part that sticks up on the front top doesn't rub like I thought it might.

This is the first time that I have ever written a review. That should tell you how much I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and stylish. If there were more colors, I would buy them all.

I so wanted to love these shoes. I love the look, style, the leather is very nice, they were exactly what I was looking for. However, the top of the shoe is not at all comfortable on the 'inside' of my ankles. I tried them with socks, and they were better, but still not something I could wear for very long. I'm so disappointed as most other reviewers loved them, but I am sadly returning them.

This is a nice looking boot. The elastic on the back as well as the zipper make them easy to get on and off. They feel a little big , not a half size too big just enough that my heel slips a little but a 1/2 size smaller would be too tight. The material around the ankle is a little stiff where the elastic ends and goes around the front of the ankle. It might rub on the ankle bone and make the skin sore after several hours of wear. No arch support. Pretty much just flat. Nice simple boot if you are looking for a low heel.

These boots are cute and comfortable but run at least a whole size larger. They run big around the ankle too. The look is what I wanted so I’m keeping them. Usually a size 8-8.5 but wearing these in size 7.5.

These booties are so cute, just what I was looking for. Comfortable off the bat, no breaking in needed. They are true to size, maybe a tad small; I bought my usual size and have to wear thin socks in order to not squeeze my toes. I'd like to note that the leather finish is sueded. I was expecting a smooth leather and that is not what these are. The picture is pretty accurate. I noticed that after a couple of wearings the finish does show some rub marks. I don't mind, I like the worn-in look. But if you're looking to keep these in pristine condition, these might not be for you.

Upon trying on shoe, toe was a bit narrow and heel was average to wide. I liked the style and quality seemed good. I think if I had order half-size up, it may have worked.

I needed a basic black bootie and these fit the bill. They are not structured around the top, so definitely look more casual. At first try they were a bit snug in the toe, but after one wear they stretched and feel perfect. They have zero arch support, but my orthotic insoles fit in them easily. Super comfortable overall.

Originally, I ordered my usual size of 8.5. They arrived quickly, which is one of the reasons I love Zappos. Unfortunately, they were too small. A quick and easy phone call to exchange them resulted in new boots shipped express and the 9's are perfect. Thank you Zappos for continued excellent customer service. Hopefully they will wear well and be a good choice.
