Very disappointed so I had to return the shoe...it was not only too long but too wide...sorry

I was trusting these puppies as anti fall, anti trip shoes. My pal Barry O recommended them to me. However, I still tripped while going up the staircase of the Air Force 1, and later I also slipped at a military graduation. C'mon Cole Haan, give me a break!

I love the shoe but you shipped the wrong style

"Leather" feels like plastic. Quality has gone down. Shoes are comfortable but the shoe feels cheaply made.

Interesting and cheap construction made of cardboard and a 1/2 size larger than the label. Incredibly uncomfortable.

The upper is made from cardboard. The shoes don't fit properly because the upper material is made of some type of very cheap substance.

Different colour and quality from the previous One that I had it before and the leather looks like plastic. Even the zize is bigger than actual zize

lace up is a V shape - too tight at the bottom rows.

The idea of sneakers that look like a dress shoe was great-I purchased these for post surgery foot support- the leather is hard and the inside of the shoe is like a rock. There needs to be more padding added and better leather used. Not worth the cost.

I have five or six pairs of these shoes in 10 1/2 M that I bought a few years ago and all fit fine. However, this one is narrower, so much so, that I can't wear them. Blisters on both feet. Guessing they are too narrow. I wore them at the office, so there is no way they will take them back. Wasted $$.

The sole of the show seems misshapen, feels like a hump on the blade of my foot. Hard to walk on for long periods. Ive had several Cole haan dress shoes before and not had a problem but these hirt my feet.

These zero grand shoes were supposed to be wide but my husband could not even get his foot in. He has another pair of lace up zero grands in the same size and almost the same style but a different color that fit him perfectly and he loves them.

Needed a size 46 belt that matched shoes but couldn't find one.

Truly love the look and feel of these shoes! Disappointed that the heel separated from the sole within a week of wearing (normal office use). Hopefully the exchange process for a replacement pair goes smoothly!

I have owned over a dozed CH shoes through the years, including another pair of ZeroGrands. My feet sweat in these shoes to the point of making them unwearable. I tried to return them, but because they had been worn, they would not accept a return. Even though the outside is leather, the lining is manmade and does not allow for circulation.

It's unbelievably narrow. Don't buy these. The only shoe I've ever bought like this. It's totally uncomfortable

Poor Quality. Quality has drastically decreased in recent years. Bought a pair of Cole Haan shoes in 2018 and loved them. Received this pair and sent back immediately. Flimsy with no support. Such a shame this brand has given up on producing a quality product.

For the price of this shoe, it has a very stiff sole and cushion, and pinches the outside of the foot. The quality has gone down hill drastically.

The size of these shoes too narrow

Way too narrow, I'd really like to try the wide but they're never in stock

They charged my card 3x the cost of the shoe and when the shoes finally arrived, there's a squeak coming from the sole.
