Fit and size are as expected.
Light boot, loved it. Great feel and nice insulation. Never used zipper. Tongue of boot was ridiculously difficult to break in, but once these boots were broken in they were awesome!

The shoe is overall good. However, the insoles that come with the shoe are trash. It’s kinda disappointing that they wouldn’t bother putting a better insole in for the price point. It’s alright though because I went and bought some for $10 at Walmart and now the shoe is really good. I work at Amazon and have to stay standing for 10 hours but with the new insoles it’s not bad at all. I also get compliments on them a lot, and get asked where I got them from.

The construction of the boots feels really nice, strong and durable. They do really look great and I have gotten a lot of compliments on them. Feel like I would never be able to roll my ankles in these. The zipper is very convenient to put on and take off. BUT THE INSOLES THAT COME WITH THE BOOTS ARE TERRIBLE. Please do yourself a favor and buy an extra pair of insoles if you buy these.

1st use felt invincible ar work. Next day ankles sored, didnt use them. 3rd day had to keep the zipper half open so i could stand wearing them. Better looks than feel. Sad cause i had too high expectation. Too expensive for just fashion.

I ordered the same size that I have on now and when I got the shoes they were too big and wide. I have never ordered shoes online because shoes are so different from maker to maker. I was kinda forced into ordering them from my work.

The size and fit were ample, the heel of this shoe is very harsh and I don't believe it's something you could wear everyday for a long amount of time especially if you're walking a lot. I got these thru a work program because they were some of the best looking shoes that I was able to get from them. I don't think I'll wear it to my warehouse job, but instead wear it over the winter as they make really nice boots. The zipper isn't too bad, but the build quality could be a little better. There was open seams on ends of the shoes. But overall, it's a very tough, and reliable shoe.

Length is right, but 'D' is for Ducks. When did D become 'medium' width? When America became obese, that's when. Nevertheless, it seems like a decent work boot, which it should be for a hundred bucks. I've been punishing them for a couple weeks now and they're holding up. Love the zipper - makes them easier to pull on and off. Once I installed inserts and thickened up my socks they became quite workable, almost comfortable. I think if they actually fit they would be Very comfortable. Hint: wax the zipper leave it zipped up when not wearing them, otherwise the zippers get wonky and hard to zip. (Still bemoaning the loss of narrow widths - I'd settle for C again at this point!)
I'd also recommend:
none - they're probably all too wide these days.

Boots fit true to size and width. They have excellent traction on everything, and are surprisingly good on snow and ice. They are light for a safety boot and are not overly warm. They feel like very light hiking boots. I really want to like these boots, but they have a fold at the bottom of the tongue bellows that presses right on the malleolus, on the inside of my ankle. I can only wear them about 4 hours a day (two weeks so far) and, although they are better, I still can't stand them for a full day. I'm hoping they soften up. They are a pretty awesome boot, they just don't quite fit me around my ankles. Wear them around the house for a few hours before you decide to keep them. I didn't and now I'm stuck with them.

I need ankle support on my left side, and tennis shoes wert working for me so I tried these out. And I really like them!! They are very shock absorbing when walking and using my feet to unlock rolling cages and stuff. I don’t feel like I’m gonna need much of a break in period with these. I slipped in my Normal arch supports that I usually wear and they still fit just fine. I love the composite toe and all the padding these have.

Iam a full time firefighter/paramedic. A coworker had a pair of these but in the converse name that he had from when he was in the service. I purchased a pair of these boots in October of 2014 and am still wearing them. They show their age but are still really comfortable. Will retire these and purchase a new pair of the same ones this year. Very comfortable, very durable, and very affordable! Great boot.

The heel support is not padded at all. After lacing up the boots and then using the zipper feature to put on and take off the boots, all you can feel is the heel support digging in.
