This was my first time trying Ryka and I ended up returning this pair. Was so excited that they come in wide widths, but the whole shoe ran small and didn't seem like a wide. Not as comfortable as I was hoping either. Just ok. Wanted to be wowed, but wasn't.

I really like the look of the shoe. Also, when stepping into the shoe my first thought was how cushiony it felt. But I am on my feet for 12 hours at a time at work. I have to say after that long, my feet were burning. So these are great for comfort, but for shorter periods of time or for less time standing/walking than I do.

Didn't wear them long....I ordered a 8.5 wide and it felt like 7.5 wide. My toes hurt from walking in them way to short.

Sneakers are just getting cheaper and cheaper with poor designs and structure. First, I purchased a pair of these at another online retailer and was unhappy that the pair inside the box was not the same size as it should be (it was a half size larger and medium width). Due to this sloppiness of someone NOT checking what was inside the box and horrible return policy, I decided to order from Zappos. Meanwhile, I had tried those sneakers on, wondering why were they so tight around the ankle, making it difficult to get my feet in them. I hoped it was just that one pair. Nope. Here I am with the correct size and width and same thing. Its as if Ryka uses the same design for the slip in, non lace up sneakers (cheaper) and then decided to slap on some lace. I don't have thick ankles, but these are a nuisance to put on. Also, the lace is way too short to allow the tongue to sit flush next to your skin. Due to this and the narrow opening of the shoe, the tongue sticks up. I even unlaced the sneaker and there is no give whatsoever - its gripping my ankles and is uncomfortable. Even thought these are a wide, they still feel tight all over. Guess I have to initiate a return and now look for another brand. Maybe go back to Sketchers.

I do not like these shoes. They are very squeaky when you walk and not deep enough for my foot.

Awful. I’d never buy these again. Although the cushioned inner sole was nice it was not comfortable to take walks in.

I've bought Ryka shoes for several years now and have never had them run short. These were very short.
