I ordered my regular size 6 and they fit perfectly. The arch is placed so that it hits my foot exactly where it should and that's why I gave it 5 stars for support. I'm very happy with the style. I ordered the black/grey combination and I love it. The shoe is conservative enough and still a little playful. Perfect.

This shoe is amazingly comfortable. I put them on, wore them for 3 hours and never gave them a 2nd thought except to think how comfortable they were! There is definite arch support, so if you have flat feet, it may be too much. Can't say enough great things about this shoe. Received compliments on how "cool" they looked!

This has a great retro look and is so comfortable to wear. I wish the red were more fire-engine so I would order in that color too!

The color, the heel, and the cute T-strap are all lovely. There was plenty of cushion and, for some, the arch support may be ideal. It was not enough for my foot, though it’s not easy to find and not part of my expectation. The combination of the lower ankle strap and wide heel top made it easy for my heel to lift too far off the foot bed with each step. Also, the shoe states that it’s full grain leather, but the textured “crinkly” parts are like a stiff corduroy fabric. All in all, this is a very versatile shoe in a goes-with-everything color of blue, and though I ordered a medium width they were very comfortable for my slightly boxy forefoot. I love the rubber heel and just wish the back of the shoe and/or ankle strap worked to keep my heel from lifting out of the shoe-this was unexpected as the achilles area is reinforced with an extra, padded leather overlay. If you have a wider heel or a heel solution that works for you, then these are a cute, multi-season, shoe with no break-in and lots of walking and standing comfort. I’m sad they didn’t work for me.

These shoes are absolutely adorable and feel extremely well made. It has a well-cushioned footbed with some built-in arch support (although if you have super-high arches it will definitely not be enough for you). The top buckle is indeed a functional buckle, so the fit can be adjusted nicely. The leather is soft and feels like it will mold to one's foot very quickly, and the purplish colorway is a lovely burgundy that goes well with most anything. The toe is not so pointy as to be uncomfortable. I especially like that the heel is enough to be elegant, but not so high as to be unpractical. The first time I wore them out I ended up having to be on my feet running for about ten hours... oops. My feet felt fine afterwards, though, which was a pleasant surprise. Maybe not the best way to break in your new heels, but it definitely gives one a good preview of future wear! I plan to put these shoes into regular office rotation.

I bought the black/multi and am so thrilled with this shoe. They are very comfortable. I have funny baby toes and most shoes rub against the side of my baby toe. Not this one! All day comfort. Cute enough to wear with a nice pair of jeans & classy enough to wear with dress slacks.

These super-cute shoes feel great and have the perfect vintage look I crave. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and prefer a bit of a heel to ease pain with walking, and these shoes work quite nicely.

One of the few dress shoes were wide actually means wide. The more fashionable version of a mary jane style makes this doable for work or play.

These are so cute and comfortable. They have a slightly retro feel but with so much cushioning.

I have back and arthritis issues, so I need a certain height and stability, and that is hard to find in a good work shoe without looking like orthopedic shoes. These shoes are very comfortable, I can be on my feet for hours.

These shoes are super cute with nice cushioning! I ordered them i the black/grey combo. Heel was about 1/2" higher than I prefer. I am a 10.5 med and ordered these in the 10 and the 11 - had to send them both back because the 10 was too short and the 11 was too long. Sigh...why do they make half sizes in all the other sizes except 10???

These are almost a perfect fit for my 7.5 - 8 W, wide toe box, short toes, high instep, and narrow heel foot. I do have a little extra room in the toe because my left foot is 1/2 size smaller than my right but the T strap holds them on. My family likes the way they look. I might keep these.

Love, love, love! Super crazy cute and so comfortable! I was able to walk around the city in these, not sacrificing any comfort for the cuteness. My new favorite pair of shoes.

Love these shoes - they go from office to night out. I wear an 11 and have narrow heels and hard to fit feet. I also recently developed plantar fasciitis and need a "comfort" shoe to manage pain. Wore these all day walking across town from meeting to meeting. These shoes are awesome, went back online to order different Earth styles.

I am happy with this shoe. A Size 5 in shoes with rather a narrow heel, I find it difficult to wear styles that don't have some sort of ankle strap. This shoe is a good fit, with nice padding not only on the insole but even some at the top of the back end of the shoe. There is some pretty good arch support in the shoe as well. It's pretty and seems well made, and it's dressy enough I can wear it with a pretty dressy cocktail dress (layered black sheer material decorated with sparkles at the neck). If I could find this shoe in white, I might like to have shoe also!

This is a lovely and comfortable shoe. I did have to go up a half size. Also, the smallest hole was fine for the buckle. Perhaps the manufacturer heard the complaints and started punching holes further up the strap. I got the rosewood color, which is gorgeous.

These are the cutest shoes, if you like the sorta vintage/retro look (which I do). They’re very comfy and the leather is soft, not stiff. There’s a little padding on the heel to prevent shoe bite on your ankle. I’m in love!

These are my favorite shoes, but I did have to go one full size up.

I had a few problems with these as far as something defective with the footbed but as always, Zappos was super about taking care of it. When I finally got a good pair, they were very comfortable and I look forward to giving them lots of use. Very cute! Width is true to size, but I normally wear a 10 and had to go down to a 9.5

I found a two-tone, black and grey, pair of these on a different site for a bargain. They were size 7.5 W. I decided I'd rather have solid black, so I went to trusty Zappos. Unfortunately that size was out so I tried an 8 M which often works. My feet tend to be wide, though most medium widths work fine, I just size up. This shoe for my troubled feet (bunion on right foot) did not work. I'm returning and waiting for the 7.5W, which was perfect. I love Zappos easy service that I could try this pair. The shoes are super comfy and would work well for most. The design could work for casual clothes or with a dress. The front strap feels a bit "old" but the comfort more than makes up for it. Overall a stylish shoe.
