Too small and too closed for a comfortable summer sandal

The leather strapping was very stiff. Left toe box bigger than on right shoe

i like the style but, unfortunately, couldn't wear the shoe because the back strap was too tight re: the bursitis in my heel.

The size was too short and bumped up against my toes. Also, I was looking for Naturalizer and thought these were Naturalizer. Nope!

These are not good for me. I will return them.

One of the back straps seemed too short.

The right shoe is defective where the sole meets the liner. The liner is coming away from the sole. Please do not send to another customer.

Size and fit were fine, but the style is not good for me. I wore them for about a minute and knew they would not be kind to my feet. Sorry!! They are cute though!

I loved the look of this shoe. I may decide to order the next larger size.

Loved the style but did not fit well and chafed on top. Return process was very easy with quick refund. I plan to order again.

I usually wear a size 8, i read the reviews where some said they ran small, so I ordered an 8 1/2 and they hit my toe wrong on the right side. also they rubbed on the inside of my bunion area. I am going to order a 9 because I really liked the style.

After reading the reviews, I bought a half size larger than I normally buy. They were still too short and too narrow. Attractive style and nice workmanship, but they were not comfortable.

I'm not sure what's going on with these sandals. They appear to be very inconsistent. I ordered them in a couple sizes and colors in the extra wide width. I used the variety I ordered and zeroed in on the color and size I wanted, confident that my choice would be a color I liked and would fit. But to my surprise, it was a strike-out on both counts. The size I decided on ended up being way smaller than the ones I tried on initially, and the color was way way different. I'm not giving it another shot...they are going back.

This shoe seemed to fit o.k. However I did not like the color or the detail of the shoe in real life. It did look good in the Zappos photo though.

I have a wide foot with narrow heel. Size 6.5W fit perfectly, the foot bed was very comfortable. However, when I walked, the sole stayed on the ground. there was no give. My heel lifted, so there probably is too much play in the back strap. I tightened it but nothing changed. Therefore, because of the awkward feel when walking, I am returning these shoes.

Unfortunately I did not do well with this type of show. It was too stiff for my feet and I did not want to go through the process or time it would take to make it comfortable. I had to return them.

Unfortunately, the woven leather on the top of the shoe was not comfortable on my foot.

Very cute shoes, but... My usual size is 8 1/2, what I ordered. But the pair felt mismatched. One was just right in length and very comfortable, but huge in width. The other shoe felt too short in length, too tight in width, with painful spots that rubbed against my toes. Too bad the fit was so strange, as my feet are not all that different.

Purchased the natural color in 9W. Size and width were good but this is not a cute sandal. Looks very matronly. Had to return.

On the plus side, the leather feels really nice and soft and molds to your foot. The inside is nicely padded. However, I ordered narrow and the shoe is still gapping through the middle of the foot. If you tighten the strap, it just makes it shorter (and I need the length) but doesn't do anything for the width. This is not the first time I have ordered narrow and found the shoe to be wide which I don't understand, given there are still two other sizes that are supposed to be wider than the narrow. It is also a little mannish looking on, I think, but I did keep it for a run-around comfort shoe.

I have two other pairs of Softspots Flats that I liked until the soles rotted away. I hope that does not happen to these. These shoes are a bit harder on the feet (toes) than my other ones. I would not recommend them.

Found the leather very stiff and uncomfortable on my toes. Also the shoe looks bulky. Going back.

Cute! I only wish they fit. Too narrow and small. I usually wear 9.5 ww and didn't heed the advice from other reviewers. They were right!

A very pretty shoe and fits well, but the strap on the outside of foot rubs with each step. Would surely cause blisters.
