First the kudos then the bad news. I ordered the wide in these which is only a thinner insole, nothing else. I verified this with Alegria. The thinner insole makes a difference if you have high arches like me. Theses boots really surprised me when I could get my denim leggings on and zip them up! This NEVER happens for me because I have muscular calves. I've had bunion surgery this year and my toe is still very sore. The boots are soft and have ample toe room. I just wish the sole was a little stiffer like my other Algeria shoes. The one thing that disappointed me the most and why I gave the boots 3 stars is the fact I paid $200+ after tax and after the 3rd time wearing them I have little white scuffs on the toes. I tried to buff it out but it did not work. I'll have to use some shoe polish. I've paid $200 for Dr. marten boot and had them for 10 years without having scuff marks.

LOVE LOVE these boots. I have very wide calves and I can tuck in any kind of pants! I am also 5 feet tall, so I can't wear most knee high boots. The shaft height on these is perfect for a short gal. Comfort is wonderful as I have plantar fascitis. There is great support, almost like an orthodic on the bottom. If I had one complaint is that the toe bed is wider than it looks like in the pictures, so the boots aren't super high fashion. They're definitely bulky and not a boot one would wear on a night on the town or to be sexy. For everyday use and walking around they are cute and functional and super comfortable! Will by this brand again.

I love these boots so much! I have a wide foot, high arch, skinny ankles and large muscular calves, I love boots but have such a hard time finding a pair that fit my irregular size! They are amazing on, I can dress them up or down and the detail in the buckles are so cute. 5 stars for sure!

These are great boots. Very comfortable and supportive. I wear a 5.5-6 and the sizing is Euro 36 (6-6.5). I tried the Euro 35 (5-5.5) and it was a little short with my heavy socks and just right with no socks so had to go up to a 36. They are a bit big unless I have my very heaviest pair of wool socks. The sizing is "generous". Maybe I should have kept the 35 and hoped for them to stretch. I do love them though.

LOVE the room in the toe box, the 11 W was huge on my foot, so going down a 1/2 size. Excellent cork insole is wow for support and all day comfort.

It took me ages to find a comfortable wide width boot to fit my bunion-esque ducky feet. And these fit! Soft leather with just enough give, nice wide width, and some arch support too. Plus the cute little butterfly. Yay!

I am very happy with Alegria Kris boots, after checking 5 different brands, I know this is the one for me they are beautiful outside and soft inside. I loved them.

I love these boots! I am a hairdresser on my feet for very long days. My feet are happy. If you are questioning your size choice, go smaller. They do stretch!

Love these boots! They are so comfortable and cute, and I'm so grateful that Zappos carries them in the 5.5 W size. If you do have wide feet, the wide width shoes are fantastic! My toes are often squished even in wide widths. With these shoes, I can wiggle my toes freely. These look great with skinny pants and leggings, and I end up wearing mine all the time.

I have never worn boots because they have not been comfortable. These boots are comfortable! I have enjoyed wearing them, so far this season. They are great casual boots to wear with jeans. I have worn them all day, with no discomfort. They are great, just like all of my,other Alegria shoes.

I love these boots! They are so comfortable! I've tried other boots before but there was always something that made them not great making me want to take them off right when I got home from work. These boots are awesome. Comfortable. Cute. Loose and comfy on my calves. I definitely recommend these boots. I'm glad I made the leap and bought them!

What an awesome boot - I have never been able to wear a boot without a break in time. The leather is indeed soft and buttery and the buckles are so pretty. I have a high arch and wide foot.

Love these boots! I have a fibroma in the arch of both feet and have difficulty finding a comfortable shoe but these feel great. I wore them the first day for four hours and didn't want to take them off. The color Tawny looks great with jeans or black leggings. I definitely recommend.

Great boots. Comfortable, with plenty of room for your toes. I've had 3 neuromas removed and need extra wiggle room and these are great. The only boots I can wear. Arch support handles plantar fasciitis. Wear same size as Alegria clogs.

I thought these were great looking boots. I read the reviews and how comfortable they were. I bought the 7-7½ because I wear a 7 shoe with regular socks. I always put heavier socks on with boots and these boots were swimming on me. They were wide and square looking in the front and not as much of a feminine low profile boot that I was looking for. These reminded me more of a snow boot. I am sadly sending them back but I love the quality so I am going to keep my eyes open for more from this company.

I got these boots in wide first. There was so much extra room in not only the toe box and ankle that went with regular width. Unfortunately, the regular width still allows my feet to slide forward. They have a slim ankle shaft and the foot is wide. I am really sad that I have to return the because they have such an amazing cork footbed.

I love Alegria, but this boot is really clunky and my foot felt like it was sliding around as it did not fit well in the heel. I thought it might look like a fashionable biker boot, but all it looked like was a pair of my Dad's galoshes. This is the first Alegria shoe I have not liked. Too bad, because I really wanted a comfortable boot!
