It took a while to get my slipper socks. When I put them on, I found them baggy, and my foot slipped around, even though my foot fit well on the footbed. I contacted acorn saying I needed to return them. I have emailed many times and received no reply. Customer service nonfunctioning.

Cloud comfort foam between the sole and interior cloth seems to have changed for the worse. I'm not a heavy individual, but have found that the foam has compressed considerably across the ball of the foot since I began wearing these less than a month ago. Having relied on these slippers (and Acorn slipper socks) for a few decades, the change in materials is disappointing.

Materials are cheap. Not the same Acorn product I fell in love with years ago.

Extremely comfortable while they lasted. Horrible quality. Sole rubber split and separated from upper after only 3-4 months of normal indoor use only. Return process was so cumbersome (they wanted photos, etc.) I didn't bother. Most companies will ship a new pair "no questions asked". You'd think I asked for the nuclear codes! Bye Bye Acorn.

I'm on my second pair in 6 months. The first pair lost stitching along the side(and were replaced without issue). The sole of the current pair separated from the upper at the toe. Repaired with Shoe Goo. Memory foam bottom is not glued to the sole of the slipper, so it keeps bunching up under my toes. The originals that these two replaced lasted 6 years and I wore them while touring London after a bad case of gout.

My husband received these Xmas 2020, he didn't tell me but after just a few months they broke down. So he stopped wearing them.

I know about inflation, but $50 for these slippers is just silly. Manufacturing cost: $3.00. No packaging, they come in a plastic bag. It would have been my 6th pair of Acorns but I just can't get past the notion that I am being robbed.
I'd also recommend:

I had a pair of these slippers many years ago. They had a full leather sole. They lasted for more than a decade but eventually the inner lining fell apart and they just needed to be replaced. I ordered a new pair to find that the soles were now a thin rubber material with a leather rand. The rubber just doesn't last. I had worn through it in a matter of months. I will NOT be ordering another pair of these. Cheap material replacement and over seas manufacturing strikes again.

What a let down, after owning a pair of old Acorn sheepskin slippers for over 10 years they finally gave out. My only option now is these cheap hard sole slippers???? they no longer make the quality sheepskin/leather sole slippers? So I purchased these acorn Mocs for $45 and what a letdown....MEH..they are comfortable but these are no better than $10-20 slippers you find at walmart or target. Dont bother spending on these!

These are the stinkingest pair of shoes I've ever owned. Very disappointed, bought them to replace a 10 to 15 year old set of the old leather bottom Acorns that never stunk

Fell apart very quickly at the seams and then a hole formed in months. I rarely wore them outside. They also smelled awful after a few months...hoping that's not on me completely.

My son wears 11.5 shoe. The sizing in the site is not correct. We order a large and it was too small. We had to return the mics for a larger size. Unfortunately this is not a easy process and it takes a long time. We are still waiting. Size up.

The small was too big for my foot. The padding in the foot bed was much less than in their shower slides. My feet could not tolerate.

Raised embroidered logo inside shoe under heel is noticeable when wearing, and not enough support overall. I bought these for my husband a month ago and he is already planning to replace.

The size was 10.5-11. They appeared to be too big, and indeed they were. The problem was that the top of the slipper sloped down to create a very narrow vertical space at the front for the big toe, and as a result, the big toe could not go forward more and the other toes sere scrunched against the side. Meanwhile, there remained at least 3/4" of empty space in front, making me believe that to get a larger size would be out of the question.

I used to wear Acorn slippers, back in the day when they were made stateside. They were comfortable, and pretty much bulletproof. Last may, I decided to try them again. Today, I have multiple holes in the soles that have worn through them. This brand used to last for years. Now, they're over-priced, and under constructed. Isotoner, you've destroyed a storied brand.

I once owned a pair of acorn fleece/leather slippers that lasted 20 years. These, however, have barely made it two months without significant fraying. If you'd like a pair of slippers that last, DO NOT BUY THESE.

I just tossed my second pair of these slippers in less than a year. The first pair lost stitching along the front and were promptly replaced. The second pair came apart in two different places; shoe goo took care of the separation between the sole and leather rim, but the stitching came out again at the toe.
