I wore this shoe all winter at work. They are comfortable and warm enough to wear to and from the office. After some time, the stitching began to come undone and the soles cracked on the side, but that was after months of constant wear from 9-6 everyday. I would definitely buy them again.

I ordered these boots for two reasons: 1. I need a good pair of fall/winter boots and 2. I needed a pair of boots that are flat because I'm pregnant. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger and they fit perfectly. The only problem is they have no arch support but I'm able to fit a heal insert in them and problem solved. I've been rocking them with skinny jeans and leggings and wear them most of the week. They are easy to put on and take off (of course easier said than done when you're almost 9 months pregnant) but I manage ;) I'm sure you'll love them as much as I do. I also like these boots because they're different....not your normal style.

These are very comfy boots but with the minimal arch support, they don't work for me to walk long distances (>4 miles). Also, walking on gravel can be strange since the sole is so flexible, you feel every pebble.

Love these boots! First night out I wore them for about 5 hours. They are very comfortable and I had no trouble breaking them in. I ordered the black leather and may order the gray!

my new go-to! these were comfortable right out of the box, with no break-in time needed. they do run a full size small--i went up one size and they're perfect. i'm on my feet most of the day for work, and i forget i'm wearing them until someone complements me on them! highly recommended!

I normally wear a 9, but I bought a size larger based on other reviews. The 10 was big, so I went back for a 9. It took me a while to decide between the two. The 10 felt sloppy, the 9 juuuuust fit, borderline too small. After much hemming and hawing and walking up and down the carpeted hallway, I went with the 9. They broke in and loosened up after a day and now they fit perfectly. If you want to wear thick socks, size up. The black flannel goes with everything. No arch support at all but still pretty comfortable, especially with a foam insole. Great deal for the price.

Super cute. Maybe not quite as quality as I would've liked for the price. Feel pretty thin. But love the fabric, style and fit!

I love these boots very cute and true to size

I been looking for boots like these without even knowing it. I love the sneaker-style sole and button accents. The perfect flat boot for a everyday casual look in fall. I normally wear a size 8.5 and a 8 to start but had to return for a size 9 because the back and front of the boot was rubbing on my heel and toes. The 9 fits perfect. If you are between sizes, I suggest ordering UP!

These fit a wide foot very well. Sized up as suggested, which was a good idea. I love them and wear them all the time. Adorable.

These are so comfortable! They run a bit small, so I wear one size larger than normal. They are well-sized at the ankle to zip up outside straight or skinny jeans but not too snug.

These are darn cute! I've worn them twice now, all day, and they're pretty comfy. I do stick an orthotic in for arch support. Plenty of room in the shaft without being too open (can slide a pair of skinny-ish jeans in just fine) and look fantastic with jeans, leggings, or skirts.

Love these boots, however misjudged my size. I'm usually either an 8.5 or a 9 and I went with the 8.5...should have gone for the 9.

They're so cute! A great vegan alternative to Uggs. They look awesome with skinny jeans or leggings. I ordered a half size up and they fit well.

These shoes are tiny! I always wear a size 7, no problem but these were not happening. They might even be 2 sizes too small. It's not just the foot length, it's the width in the heel that was very narrow. The shoes were cute but I ended up returning them. I guess I didn't love them enough to try to figure out what size would work.

These are the perfect everyday boots. Like winter sneakers. They are not for very wet weather, but they kept my feet toasty in cold temperatures, and dry in light snow. Wear them over or under (boot cut) jeans. As for size: I am a true 10 - never have to size up or down. I was worried that they were a little short but after wearing, they are perfect. There is not much arch support but I did not find them to be uncomfortable because of it. They are a great value for the price.

I love these boots. Bought them many years ago, and wore them often as they are very comfortable and go with just about anything. The zipper broke on one of them this morning, and now I'm on the hunt for a replacement pair because I don't think I can live without them! Seriously, though!

These boots are exactly as pictured and super versatile. I bought them for a character costume and now I use them to dress outfits up or down ad I see fit. I strongly recommend getting some Dr. Scholl's arch supports if you plan on walking around in these at all, as they are flat boots. Also, the fuzz rubs off on socks the first couple times you wear them, but it doesn't stain/bleed. I didn't find that they run small, but I have small feet and don't wear bulky socks with them.

Love them! Lots of other reviews have said they were a half or one size to small, but I ordered a 9 (I usually wear 8.5 or 9, depending on the shoe) and they fit perfectly! I also have very wide calves and had not problem zipping them. They are comfortable and stylish! You can wear them with just about anything!

Really comfortable, but soles are kind of thin (meaning that you can feel every little thing on the ground).

They are the cutest boots! The part I love the most and the reason I got them is unlike a lot of the boots out there which i have looked at or tried on these have a tennis shoe type sole. It makes them more practical and usable than most of the heeled or riding boots out there. I am a huge princess slipper kinda girl and these are like having those in boots. They are flat like converse and such so if you need arch support these would probably not work. They are super comfortable however. I took the advice of the other peeps and definitely ordered a half size up (usually a 7).

Love these boots - they are really cute and go with everything. I ordered a half size up the first go around (9 instead of my usual 8.5) and my toes were still squashed at the front of the boot. The foot bed is just short. I really liked the style, so even though I couldn't get a 9.5 (I don't think Zappos carries them) I went up to a 10. These are ever so slightly too big, but I don't care, I would rather have room in my shoes than feel uncomfortable and worried about breaking them in. Anyways, go a full size up and you should be good. Even thought I'm a size and a half above my usual, these look like normal 8.5-9 size shoes on my feet.

Runs very small! Buy a size or size and a half up! That being said they are super cute and super comfy. I was a dummy and didn't read reviews and had to return and wait again.

I am between a 7½-8, so I ordered an 8 due to the reviews, but exchanged them for a 7½ which fits perfectly with light or heavier socks. I am pretty picky about my shoe/boot choices, as I do not do leather and it is hard to find faux leather that does not look like plastic. I ordered the gray flannel first, thinking that the black looked plasticy in the photos, but I just could not love gray boots for this price as that is just not in my budget. I exchanged them for the black, and they are fabulous. Some grain on the material keeps them from being shiny and fake looking, and the style is unique and fun.
