These shoes are simply great. One thing Zappos does that no one else does is put the weight of their shoes in the advertisement. This is very helpful especially for diabetics, etc. Many people are very concerned about the weight. No other company does this that I know of. This relaxed fit oxford is wonderful. Very light and also durable. Most durable shoes are very heavy. I gave it a four in every category. It seem that the size seems to run less than what I normally use. I usually wear a nine but the 8.5 shoe is plenty big. May could wear an eight here. Wish there was a little more dressy shoe that is light and feels as comfortable as these shoes. Another thing, Zappos people are always friendly and eager to to help customer in any way. Returns are usually or almost always because of size.

I like the shoe and it is very comfortable. I already have rubber pieces coming off the bottom and I havent even worn them for 2 weeks. The shoes I've bought from you in the past were a lot more durable.

For those of us that wear a wider fit shoe, the "Relaxed Fit" category is probably not going to be an option as the combination of sizes makes for a shoe that's too big. I will order the shoe again at a regular width to see if it fits better.

Comfortable shoes, though the insoles are not as plush as I'd have expected for memory foam. The real drawback here though, and the reason it's a 3 star shoe at best, is the sole. I walk 2 blocks each way to and from a parking deck on concrete sidewalks, and after the first trip, there were little rubber ribbons dragging along beside the shoe. Great for interior wear or for a casual night out, but if you have to walk any distance on concrete regularly, you'll want to look elsewhere.

HI, THE REASON THAT WE CANT ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS IS BECAUSE WE HAD TO RETURN THE SHOES BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO BIG, MY HUSBAND HAS PROBLEM WITH HIS FEET HE HAS TO WEAR THE RIGHT SIZE , HE WEARS ORTHOTICS . WE ORDERED ANOTHER PAIR THE SAME BUT SMALLER AND HOPPING IT WILL BE OKAY . HE LOVED THE LOOK AND FEEL, ITS SO LIGHT AND LOOKS GOOD.

Not same as the pair I took to the store to get another identical. New ones are not the same size even though they ordered/shipped them for me and the size labels do match. Store in Pismo Beach didn't have the same ones in stock. Arrived OK in good condition but new ones aren't as good - too narrow and a bit small. They don't fit the same.

I was really excited about these shoes. They were more money than I usually spend on shoes. When I first received them they were the wrong shoes. Now I am wearing the correct shoes but they feel big and the toe area seems big so I feel like I'm wearing clown shoes.
I should have gotten the Rilar Oxfords.

Just got the shoes thanks to Zappos fast service, they run may be half size larger. But the memory foam does not extend to the toe, only half the insole. They are comfortable and roomy, I'll keep them and buy a pair of separate insoles.

I used this primarily as a casual shoe for everyday wear. I loved the cushion it provided and the style but the long term wearability is not good. The soft tread wears very quickly and will last less than a year of regular use. The shoe body resists salty winter roads well but distressed quickly from the motion of walking and the heel and ball regions wear thin and lack support. Also, the shoe is comfortable but does not protect your foot so don't use it for any outdoor activities.

The color of leather in the front and side are inconsistent. The front is more darker as there are 2 overlapping layers of leather. Makes the shoes not good in color harmony.

The description says "Leather and synthetic upper", but the whole thing is very smooth and plastic-looking with very few contrast features to break it up. (I currently have Diameter-Vassell, which is more aesthetically interesting.) The sole is downright squishy and feels like stiff foam. On the whole, this shoe is very light and plasticy.
