They were really too big. I wanted warm warm feet from these, but the gap at the top of my ankle was too big and let in too much cold air for Idaho! I loved the moose on the shoe and the design was adorable, but they just weren't warm enough.

I love the way these booties look. But I deducted stars because of the memory foam in the sole, which makes the boot feel too "squooshy", and therefore not supportive enough. I'm keeping them because you can't find slippers that don't have memory foam these days, it's the latest fad.

These are true-to-size comfortable slippers. The "plush" interior is not nearly as plush as many slippers and the sole providers minimal cushioning. The outdoor sole does not wrap up around the suede so it is not suitable for going outside during any type of inclement weather. While seeming a bit snug to get on the first time, they quickly stretch a bit and become easy to slip on. The design is cute and the construction seems reasonable.

I wanted to love these slippers - however - the sole is a lot narrower than the slipper itself, and the slipper is oversized, therefore when you walk your foot slippers off the sole and I can see someone falling because of this or rolling their ankle - I saw other reviewers mention the same, but couldn't understand what they were talking about until I tried them on for myself. One of the slippers sent to me (I ordered the blue and the cream) was an obvious prior return, the tags were unattached and stuffed into the slipper and the inside foot bed had lost all it's fluffiness of the fleece and I could clearly see someone elses's foot/toes imbedded into the flattened fleece - the outer soles were obviously used, dirty and worn. ...NOT COOL ZAPPOS! Both pairs I ordered are going back - I think I'm going to spend a bit more and get a better quality slipper!

Sits too low on my ankle and lining is not as robust as I need to keep warm.

Nice slipper, but the soles are too thin. I've been a fan of Acorn for years and have one of their thong-style slippers, and the soles are thick and supportive. They seem to have changed as I ordered two different styles and sent them back due to the sole not being substantial enough for my needs (flat feet). I liked everything about the Forest Bootie; the lining was nice and the style was cute. Wish I could have kept them!

Like lots of reviewers, the sizing is comical. I normally wear a 6.5 without socks and 7with, so I ordered the 6.5-7.5. The slippers are loose and would probably slip off without socks on. I’d guess they’re more true to size 7.5 than 6.5. I can’t compare to the 5-6 size since they were out of stock. The pull tab on my left slipper has already torn off as well. However, I still kept the slippers because my feet are freezing during my first Michigan winter. They are extremely comfortable and wooly inside despite the poor fit. I would have exchanged them for a smaller size, but it seems silly at this point considering they’ve been worn for a month and have a missing tab.

I wear a size 7.5 and picked the size that corresponded with that, the shoe was too small so would have to go the the next size band.

The sizing system doesn't work for me. As a size 6- this 5-6 put my toes right at the edge making it too tight. Going up half a size would have worked but their next size up is huge jump.

Fits great. I you need a house shoe that covers ankles, this is the one. Super comfy.

These slippers are both comfy and stylish. The faux sheepskin lining is just the right amount of warm all year round.

Size and fit excellent. Very comfortable. Not super supportive like my other Acorn house shoes, but don't always need support around the house. Well made inside and out. Very hard to find house shoes that cover my ankles, these do great for that issue which is very stiff ankles especially in the mornings from rheumatoid arthritis. I love these and would buy again.

These are cute and comfy and have held up well for 2 years of regular use. I love that I can put them through the washing machine.

These slippers make me happy! I ordered a size larger than I thought I needed so I could put inserts in. They are still big but my regular size wouldn't have worked
