Very feminine and sophisticated. I've been s long time Dansko user but their styles are pretty clunky. These shoes seem more tailored. They were comfortable right out of the box and true to size. I got the black/brown combo because I'd seen them in someone else. The brown has some maroon overtones and makes it a more appealing looking shoe. Highly recommend.

Dansko is my favorite shoe brand. Nothing else comes close. I purchased the Tenley to replace a similar Dansko shoe that wore out after several years. I like the Tenley because it's lighter and less chunky than some of the other Dansko clogs. I'm an educator, on my feet most of the day, and the Tenley provides support and comfort with a little bit of style. The synthetic soles aren't exactly fashion-forward, but they're quiet and just right for walking around school and keeping up with active young students!

These are my all time favorite shoe. Feels like it was custom made for my foot. Great support, cute styling.

I love these but literally could not get my foot into them. Not the right shape for my high instep.

I am a short person, so I love a platform shoe, but most of them look clunky and not business like. This Tenley is the best business- dressy clog out there. Under pants, they almost look like regular shoes ( and not casual shoes). Best of all, they are so comfortable- like wearing sneakers to work. I love them so much from last season- I just bought two more. If Dansko stops making them- what will we women do (who want to be taller but not be seen to be wearing a clog)??

These are perfect to wear with dress pants on the winter for work. I like that they give me more height than a flat but without the misery of a full on heel. I'm hard on shoes and these will last me several seasons (wearing them almost daily). It should be noted these are definitely for people with narrow feet.

These Danskos are very comfortable - a little narrow for my mostly medium, but sometimes wide feet. After 2 work days, they feel more broken in. In order to get the best fit from most clog like shoes, you need a shoe horn to asssist in getting them on. This shoe is no exception. I like the fact that I could peel out the insole if I wanted to put my own orthodic in - not in these shoes - too comfortable as is. The style is still a little "nurse like", but I work on my feet on a concrete floor, so comfort and cushioning is a must! I wish they came in navy blue ;(

I love this style of Dansko shoes and wish they made more of them. The heel fits tighter around my foot better than most of the other clogs from Dansko. I hate it when my pant's hem hangs up inside the heel. Nice quality of leather too.

I LOVE this shoe. Usually I purchase the standard Dansko clog, but I needed just a small amount of structure or a more tailored fit and decided to try this style. I'm very pleased with this shoe. The heel has that clog feel , but over the arch and toe front, there is more of a secure feel or snugly fit.

Yay Dansko! I've worn your professional clogs for decades. It's hard to beat the comfort for all day standing/walking and the protection from the puddles I encounter in the winter. The Tenley has the feel of your professional clog, with a dressier look! Just the change I needed! Thank you once again Zappos, for bringing the shoe store to my home! Super comfortable, great for work. This is my second pair, and I would order them again.

I really love these shoes! They look great with dress pants while still being super comfortable and easy to clean. I'm a physician in the icu and am on my feet all day but they never get sore. They definitely run smaller than other Danskos. I wear a 7 and took the advice of previous reviewers and bought the 7.5-8 size. They fit perfectly! Definitely a little narrow and not for anyone with wider feet. Overall an excellent purchase!

Very nice, comfortable dress shoe! I am a size 6 and ordered the 36, true to size, although, this shoe is not for people with thick feet because the instep is tighter. A great choice for those of us having thinner, narrower feet. Ordering a size larger would not be the answer as the shoe would then be too long. I did use a shoe stretcher to loosen the width up a bit, worked great.

Very comfortable and good looking shoe. I stand all day, these shoes make my job easier. I really recommend these shoes for anyone who wants comfort and style.

I've been looking for a shoe to wear in front of audiences while I do public speaking and leadership training. I have a back injury and can no longer where my high heels. These felt great. I've only worn them once but really felt comfortable and they were cute enough too. I did notice near the end of the day my toes were a bit snug. I have a very wide foot so I may need to stretch them a little.

Love this Dansko shoe - I have a pair in brown and just purchased the black/gray pair. They are an attractive style, very supportive and comfortable.

I was in need of a new pair of everyday work shoes to replace my worn regular blank Danskos and I tried these for a change. At first, I wasn't sure because they were different than my standard Danskos because they were more tailored. I stuck with them for a week and I now say they are perfect. A little dressier than the standard clogs which is great for my work attire and awesome support and the feel of Danskos. Do remember all Danskos take about a week to mold to your feet. I would highly recommend these shoes.

I have an old pair of Danskos that I am trying to replace. Sadly, these Tenleys will not do. I love the sleek style, but the leather vamp comes down in a straight line instead of rounding the ankle. This makes the opening for my foot just a bit wider and causes the leather to gap at the sides and my heels to slip. Being cut slightly lower on the sides, I also feel my foot pronate a bit more. I need to have a more secure fit around my ankle. These are beautiful shoes, though, with the great Dansko arch support.

Very happy with this purchase. Comfortable and stylish, and the price feels right for the quality. Wears way better than the Mavis that I also ordered - and which is being returned. The Tensley is a better product for my feet.

I wear Dansko Professional clogs almost daily, so these are a nice alternative - different style without having to sacrifice comfort! I bought my first pair in black/brown, and liked them so much that I bought the brown too. I have wide feet, so I found that I was more comfortable with the next larger size.

These are so comfortable! You have to get used to the Dansko way your heel slips as you walk, but after that all is good. These are a little more elegant than the regular Dansko clogs so I wear them to work and they make me happy!

Perfect fit, comfortable from the first time I put it on. Very good support, perfect on the arch too. Love the heel and platform height. I wore them all day the first day and they were super comfy.

Great shoes! Very comfortable. Beautiful grey nubuck. What I have come to expect from Dansko. I usually take a 9 and the 40 fits me perfectly.

Absolutely love these shoes! I've worn them every day since they arrived. They fit more like a slip on shoe than a clog. They look very professional so make a great work shoe.

I tried a couple of Dansko styles, not all of which worked for me. I first bought the Tenley in the grey nubuck. I absolutely love how they feel and give me some height at the same time. I usually wear an 8 and the EU38 fits fine with moderately thick socks or tights. My heel is loose but apparently that is how they are supposed to fit and the rest of the shoe is snug but not tight. I can afford them so I bought a second pair.
